I was charged for the $100 product I did not order. I contacted right away before shipping. The next day I was informed it was shipped. I have emailed and emailed but no response. I don't want something I did not order. This is fraud when you take from ppl that did not want the product

Rodents are staying away because of VAMOOSE!

I purchased VAMOOSE! to keep rodents out of my cars and garage. So far I have had the pouches for 2 weeks and all seems to be working. Prior to VAMOOSE! I used sicky pads and poisons and they poison is never a sure thing and I have pets. The sticky pads only work in a limited fashion. I found (2) dead mice in my garage swimming in my dogs water bowl in the garage. I have not used poison in over 3 years and went to the pads and how I ended up with mice and adults at that in the water bowl is beyond me. So far the pouches are working and every time I get in a vehicle (and there are 9 of them) I am confidant they are working. The added pleasure of the pleasant smell is like an added air freshener.

I would never recommend this product

I would never recommend this product. I had a couple of mice in my apartment. The mice ran all around these packets. What a waste of money. In addition, I was charged for a subscription without notice of an upcoming charge. Another order was sent to me which I never received. They refused to refund my money. Their customer service is horrible. Don’t believe their hype.

I wish i had read reviews before…

I wish i had read reviews before ordering!! I have not received anything to say my order was dispatched. The shipping policy is very confusing as in the email they send the information is completely different to what is on the website. No communication rubbish customer service. On one review i see they replied that tracking info is provided for every order which is a blatant lie as i have an email from them saying they wont provide tracking for economy orders. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered a product from Bug MD. The product was so-so, nothing special and nothing different from what I could get at Lowes or Jome Depot. I didnt realize that I had signed up for a subscription. I got an email saying an order had been made from them. It was WAY more expensive than the initial order. I immediately sent an email asking them to cancel the order and my subscription and also went on their website to cancel the subscription. I got an automated response saying they had received my email and someone would get back to me. Its now been several days and so far no response from them and in the meantime they have shipped the order. So now I will have to ship it back and hope My refund comes sometime in the near future. Terrible customer service.

Works On Roach Infestations, Safe For Felines

Anyway, didn't want to use toxic chems with my elderly cat always getting into everything. so tried BugMD. Not only did it get rid of the roach infestation and possibly create a barrier they refuse to cross, but my kitty hasn't shown any signs of being allergic or affected by it in any way. I'm very pleased with the product.

Price difference

I bought a 4 pack for $55 and change. I was very impressed It worked great Your web site also said it could be purchased at Walmart. Imagine my surprise when I only paid $14 and change for it, There is no need to rip off the consumer. I need to shop around before I buy

I was so excited to find this company…

I was so excited to find this company in the beginning as we live off grid, and have a bit of a mouse problem. Nothing like the bs story they tell on their website, but enough where we even screened down from every outside compartment on the 35ft Rv into to the ground about 1/2 ft with 1/4 metal screen to block them from entering. We really did not want to foam every nook and cranny under over on the sides above, etc. We left for the Christmas holidays and I put eight bags in 35 ft area, and when we came back a few days later they were still finding a way in plus not minding the scent of the vamoose. So when I called for the refund, I got the runaround of 30 days blah blah blah and I called and explained how we live off-grid in our mail you know they start counting 30 days from when it was dropped off at the mail center even though not taking an account that we may not have picked it up for 10 days because of our proximity to our pickup location. Anywho we cleared that hurdle then I started getting phone calls about oh how about if we don't have you send it back in will give you 30% back on your card. Then when I called to accept that they said well no now we're going to have you send it back. Are you kidding me? Anyhow horrible customer service in my opinion and then when I looked into it I found it on Amazon for way cheaper even though they had overcharged me my first eight bags were x amount of dollars and then same day I ordered additional because of course they were cheaper why not just give it all for the cheaper rate to begin with instead of playing all these games? But the biggest kicker was finding them on timu for less than a dollar a bag and you know what they actually work! So I'm not sure what's in the mix that bug MD cells they have one more ingredient than the ones on teamu but anywho those didn't work for us for the Arizona mice I guess and the team who ones did so there you go. So if anybody wants to try them I would definitely look on Amazon for the exact same product for half the cost or go on to teamu and I'm sure allied and all those have them as well. So I'm going to try the balls next for the rats outside and see how those go but I'm much more apt to try the products at Penny's on the dollar versus these high expensive con artist who really don't want to give you a refund when they advertise that as one of their main selling points.

I received a refund out of the blue with no note or explanation. So I was very pleasantly surprised that somebody actually followed up so I was back to flush. So I appreciate the work of someone in their office and I wish I knew who to thank but it was definitely from bug MD.

They ripped me off for $113 for an…

They ripped me off for $113 for an UNAUTHORIZED order. I've gotten nothing but excuses and lies. Do your due diligence!

UPDATE: It is with joy that I can report my complete refund was deposited into my account today, Mar.6, 2026. Ms. Watson was professional, understanding and eager to help. For that I am grateful.

I still believe the outsourcing of the customer service staff is confusing and I don't think one hand knows what the other one is doing. Moving it back state side would be a great business move.

BUYER's BEWARE

BUYER's BEWARE! I made a purchase for the annual yard pest protection with a yard sprayer package for $150. Instead they sent me 12 flea/tick liquid bottles with one regular household plastic spray bottle. I contacted them about receiving the wrong package and they refused to do anything but offer a discount on my next purchase. They were unwilling to pay for me to return it and send me the right package. I HIGHLY doubt I would ever even get or see a refund. TOTAL SCAM. They just want your money. DO NOT BUY.

Placed a small order with them, I trust it because it states that they are through Amazon, (Amazon has no record of it) clearly entered one time only "No Subscription" .
Then I got a big order $119! Tried to call to complain till finaly someone picked up with that scary accent he didn't give the chance to cancle the order , with all the tongue twist to convince to try it with even bigger orders I kept trying him to agree to cancle the order till I gave up!
Going to cancle the CC charges & put a block for BugMD!

Although there product works like they say it does. I ordered it to be only sent one time and they started sending it every month. They didn't give me much warning before they sent it. I tried several ways to cancel it with no success. They didn't return my phone calls even though I left several messages and I also canceled it on they're site . They also would not take it back or refund my money. Be careful when ordering from this company. I only wrote 1 review so I don't know how my name got on other reviews saying that they had great prices and customer service bc its far from the truth. You cant get a hold of anyone, nor do they return phone calls! This stuff is expensive and they won't give you back your money either when you get a shipment that you never ordered in the first place. It looks like everyone has the same problem.

Get 'em!

Newer travel trailer, mice getting in. I crawled upside down underneath the thing several times and found no sign of entry. I even had PEANUT BUTTER! stolen 4 times without setting off the trap! Silly mice didn't get the memo: I do not wish to cohabitate. The entry point was singular and run area pretty limited, so I decided to try Vamoose! with its money-back guarantee. No joke, no exaggeration, no "compensation for a nice review": These puppies work! The directions remind users to replace once a month, but my "contamination" area was pretty small, so I left the pouch in place and checked daily. Around 6 weeks, it lost its oomph, and I placed a new one. Best wishes to everyone, but I am one happy camper. :) Oh! And they smell nice! No chemical nastiness!
