Very Disappointing Service from Bug Buster

I used Bug Buster for bed bug treatments in August and September, paying a high price for what I expected to be professional services. Unfortunately, the bed bugs are still present, and the company has stopped following up, even if I pay despite their claims on the website.

This was a small infestation that had just started, and they reassured me by saying, "Madam, with one treatment, it would be fixed." However, after two treatments, the problem persists. During my last call, the manager shockingly suggested that I could just buy the same products from Amazon and handle the issue myself. Seriously? After paying a premium for their "expert" services, I learn that they use basic products anyone can purchase online?

This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I feel misled and will be escalating my complaint. I expected professionalism, not advice to do the job myself after they failed to deliver results. Avoid Bug Buster if you're looking for reliable pest control services.

Great customer service, prompt and discreet visit by technician. Full explanation was given about the procedure and what to expect. Reassurance the ant problem will be eradicated.
