The flooring is beautiful and was easy to install. The comfort and durability are what initially sold me. I looked at many competitors, and this was by far the best flooring for my money. I will never buy flooring anywhere else.

We purchased floors on a house we were remodeling and we LOVE them!! I shopped around at so many stores in person and online. Build direct was by far the best quality and price we seen. They also ship you samples for free so you know what you’ll be getting to make a more informed decision. Amazing customer service as well! We will definitely be back for all the houses we remodel!

Justine R was a breath of fresh air. In today's service world and shipping issues that occur Justine was able to jump in and resolve a number of shipping issues for my order. In today's Covid world with all of its issues it was great to deal with a professional that fully understands customer service

I am giving 4 stars due to the fact that there were a few of the laminate pieces being chipped. Otherwise customer service was great during the whole experience. The flooring I would say is great product. My delivery was late however I didn't mark anything down because I feel as if it was not build directs fault and more FedEx. The customer service I got from FedEx was terrible but when I called build direct they were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated this.

The purchasing process and product exceeded expectations. The sample arrived within a couple days of ordering then after the big purchase it was only a couple weeks before the flooring/accessories arrived. We've had hickory engineered wood flooring in a previous home, but this floor actually looks and feels like solid wood floor. We love the distressed feature that will hide future scratches/damage. We did our entire home (that wasn't tile) and it's absolutely gorgeous - really compliments our decor and furniture. We've gotten so many compliments from family and friends. No regrets here!

Love the product. Came in when promised. Some problem with shipping (straps broke on pallet) but so far nothing broken! Customer service was fantastic and just told us to let them know of any damage when all packages were open/installed. Even our installer was quite impressed with quality of wood. Would highly recommend!!

The floors were gorgeous. Taking your time to really ensure they click before moving on to the next tile is worth it and ensures a flawless looking product.

The flooring came when expected, there as a slight delivery mishap but nothing major, the flooring is beautiful, very high quality, very easy to install per my contractors words and will last for years and years to come!

Material quality was good. But the handling and shipping could be improved.

My expectations for service from any construction material supplier had certainly been lowered in this age of Covid. Yes, speaking with a courteous and helpful human on the phone was a big plus, but imagine my surprise and delight when a huge truck pulled up in front of my house within two weeks of my order. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the whole process of ordering hardwood for my guest bedroom was the smoothest I've experienced. The wood flooring is simply beautiful. Thank you guys for your professionalism, prompt friendly service, and excellent product.

Very happy with our flooring! We got the color we had been looking for at a price I was very happy with. We looked a long time and BuildDirect just had everything on our wishlist!

After an unsuccessful search to match our 10-year old existing honey colored carbonized bamboo flooring, we were referred to Build Direct, where we were able to find the exact matching product to extend into a residential office space. We requested samples, and received a follow up call within a few days from your sales rep Caleb Neilson. He was very helpful and professional, friendly, able to answer all our questions, walked us through the online order process since it was a small order. Couldn't have been more pleased with his assistance, the flooring product arrived on schedule and was just installed this past week. Very happy with Caleb and our experience at Build Direct.

The samples I received were very deceiving. It was just a solid piece. Did not have an actual sample of the click and lock for the vinyl flooring I was purchasing. Once it was delivered. I began installing flooring. i realized how cheap and low quality this flooring actually is. The 2 samples were better quality than this 1k crap they sent me. Pieces just crumble while installing 👿 My old laminate Im taking out. 89 cent a sq ft from home depot. Is still intact not breaking while tearing it out. Stuntin on BD trash!!!

The free samples are wonderful, and very helpful, I would recommend shopping here and buying from them!!!
