This company’s practices feel extremely deceptive.
My subscription was renewed without any clear notification, and money was taken from my card without my active consent. When I requested a refund, they refused with unreasonable explanations.
It honestly feels like a trap designed to auto-renew and keep customers’ money. Very misleading and highly untrustworthy.
Be extremely careful before giving them your payment details.
