As a homeowner planning an extension, I found Build Hub incredibly useful. The planning guidance tool helped me understand potential planning considerations before I spent money on designs, while the estimating tool gave me a realistic budget range to work from.

This is a great app for anyone, like me, who is not overly familiar with some of the rules, regulations and terminology when it comes to construction and planning a renovation on your residential home. I used the free estimator and some of the other useful tools and have gained so much more knowledge to move my home project forward that I look forward to using the app to its full potential once my project can begin. I highly recommend this to anyone else who is planning on having any renovation works on their home.
