Extensions and more

Have used Jonathan for the last ten years for many projects. Started with large extension on our house, and used most years for smaller projects from roof repairs, altering layouts of house. Rendering, painting. Bathroom work.
All have been done on time and budget. Jon is a trustworthy, very skilled builder who keeps you in the loop with progress, and keeps an eye on budget.
So good to have a reliable builder who can turn their hand to so many facets of the building game. Would Highly recommend.

Cowboys didn't do any proper work

Cowboys didn't do any proper work. Keeps charging extra as work went on then doesn't do it properly and comes and goes when he wants. In the beginning he shows up and talks a lot to get you to agree. Had to get a new builder to finish the work.

Please can you provide us with your details and evidence of all works carried out for you by our company, as to date we have no record of this. As far as we are concerned, we do not know who you are and can only assume that this is a false statement and suspect you are a friend of the previous negative review that we received.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Also operating under the name Companies Blue Ltd, this builder caused significant damage, requiring extensive remedial work. He lacks competence, has breached multiple building regulations, and continuously inflated costs throughout the project. While he is registered with the Federation of Master Builders, this appears to hold no value, as he lacks fundamental construction knowledge and talks jargon to confuse you. He provides quotes but does not honor them, instead adding costs as the work progresses. Steer clear of this builder and his company.

The person who wrote this has been on a mission to tarnish and damage our reputation since the summer of 2024. The property is in Naseby Road, Dagenham RM10 7JR

Contrary to all the accusations, which we refute, he has sought to disrupt our reputation with our bank by making false accusations of fraudulent activity, which failed. He sought adjudication from the FMB Federation of Master Builders, which also failed. He then went to TECBAR, and that also failed as there was no case to answer. When all else failed, he turned to as many Social Media Platforms under false identities as an attempt to inflict as much harm as possible. All of which will be dealt with through legal channels.

So far, they have failed to produce any financial statements outlining a breakdown of the alleged claim. Contrary to the allegations, the foundations have been passed. Albeit, not without issue relating to a poor Private Building Control company. A client acting as a Project Manager and ad-libbing as he goes along. A client who has tried to get as many favours and free advice from as many professionals as possible. A client who has systematically got to rape family and friends of their savings, to fund his project. A client that informs people he is a primary school teacher but is an UBER driver, even though that's nothing to be ashamed of.

As a company, we have been behind the curve on social media. We thrived on recommendations as a main source of work.

To our detriment, we have not addressed this publicly before as we have been actively making complaints to all the social media platforms where these reviews have appeared. We are aggrieved, as they have all allowed unverified reviews to be posted without carrying out any diligent checks.

The fight still goes on with the likes of Facebook, Trust Pilot and Google. In order for them to entertain our complaint, we have been made to sign up with them. However, with us taking those steps they still allow the reviews to stand because the person submitting the review just changes around a few words and can repost the same thing in essence. Also, to allow others who we have had no dealings with to submit completely fake reviews is reprehensible in the least.

This is an example of the nonsense the Platforms suggest you respond to Negative/fake content which is absurd
