John was so helpful and thorough, he has now provided two full building surveys for me. John took the time to explain everything in the report and give advice regarding where to start with renovations. John also advised that he would be happy to go through any works needed with the builder, when appointed. A five star service!

John Mann came in to do a Building Survey of the house we were looking to buy. We have received a detailed report that came in by email 2 days after he visited the property.
He examined every single room and the outside area in details and gave us a good list of things to pay attention to before buying the property.

We used John earlier in the year, his report resulted in is securing £8k off the asking price. 100% money well spent, the report was very detailed and clear. Moved in now , thank you

The survey was detailed in such a way with explanations and details and he was alway on the other end of the phone answering any questions regarding the survey. John completed the survey very promptly and the report was amazing. So in depth, images to support and all bases covered. The report was ready within 2 days of the survey being completed and the price was very competitive and worth every penny, aided in our renegotiation and ensuring the house will be up to standard before completion. Move to a new area meant we needed a surveyor, from a company we did not know. The estate agents recommended 2 or 3 and IPS offered what we needed a full survey within a short period of time. It was a very smooth operation, paid discussed if there was anything we had concerns about. We received the report within 3 days by email, and had a contact number to ask any questions we needed to. They even have an after survey app/tool that helps you make a list of things you need to look into, or ask your solicitor to complete/ carry out. Hoping we don’t need another surgery but would use again should we need to i the future.

Very happy with the efficient, prompt service we received. Excellent value for money.

I have had the pleasure of using John on two occasions recently and I can confidently say the service was brilliant John kept in touch confirming appointments and liaising with myself and the estate agents the service is excellent professional and courteous I have no hesitation in recommending them to you

I went to a price comparison site to look for quotes and this was one of the ones that came up. Within a few hours I'd received a phone call from them asking what I was after, letting me know their prices and what it would entail. They also sent me a sample report that I could review to get an idea of how their report would be. I gave them the details of the property and inside a week they'd been, done a full survey and provided me with the report. I then had a phone call to go through it with them and have any questions answered. Would use again without a hesitation.

I was very pleased with the buildings survey John did on the property we were going to buy. Unfortunately we didn't end up buying the house in the end, due to what was brought up in the survey and vendors not willing to renegotiate. I suppose thats what you pay your money for in a survey anyway. John went above and beyond to answer questions in his own time after the survey report had been done. I honestly couldn't have asked for better.

Very efficient and courteous service.
Report was very thorough and whilst we had reason to query an entry, it was quickly rectified and an updated report produced.
We were recommended by family members and would certainly recommend IPS to others.
