I’d give it zero stars if I could. A month after the product I ordered should have arrived, it hasn’t. There’s been no updates and nobody has answered my emails asking for an update. They’ve taken £42 payment and I don’t see that I’ll ever get what I paid for.

Dont waste your time with this company.

I have received no product, expected to arrive on the 21st, still nothing, no updated email for delays or if it has been dispatched, nothing. This is a lot of money spent on personalised items for a particular event.

I'll be continuing to reach out further to receive my money back and other possible compensation.

Thought the products on their website looked great, so ordered a custom LEGO frame on 23rd June. The confirmation email said the estimated delivery date was 11th July, which felt like a bit of a long wait but I was fine with it. By 16th July I'd heard nothing, so I sent them an email and received no response. I then tried again on 21st July and still heard no response. At that point I started investigating the company online and discovered that they seem to have a habit of ignoring customer emails and not sending out products, so I started to get a bit worried. So I dug further and looked them up on Companies House to see who their directors are. I found one of their directors' other companies and sent them an email through that company to ask what was going on. I still received no response, but the frame arrived the next day. Possibly a coincidence? I'm not sure, but either way their communication is really poor as I've still never received a reply to any of my emails.

The frame itself is OK but has a little notch on one side so it's not exactly perfect. An underwhelming experience all round. So I got my frame in the end, but I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Like most other reviews, they simply stole my money and never delivered the product. Do not buy

Ordered at the start of August (now mid September) still haven't received my order. Emailed the company 3 times now with zero reply. Also messaged on Instagram but I'm not holding out hope. Seems like a scam. Do not buy from them.

Ordered on July 4th and after more than a month and several attempts at contact via email, website and social media, have come to the conclusion that this company is either a scam or it is in over its head. I've raised a claim with my credit card company

Ordered on 11th June with an expected delivery within 10 days. Chased on 22nd via email - no response still at 29th. In the mean time have tried to reach out on social media - no response there either. Looks like it's not coming so will be raising a claim through bank asap

Ordered a personalised mini figure for my son’s birthday in plenty of time. As it was getting close to my son’s birthday and I had not received the item, I called the company to get an update. I had to call three times to speak to someone who could help me. Prior to that I was told someone would call me back but nobody did.
I was eventually told that the order is there and not been sent out ( no explanation given why) and that its now too late to send it as courier is gone. This meant that we would not receive the mini figure in time for my son’s birthday. We were given a refund but that doesn’t make up for the disappointment they caused and the fact it was too late to arrange for something similar. I put a lot of effort in making the mini figure perfect including a photo of my son and happy birthday message. It was to go on top of his cake for his party.

I bought a frame with two figure plinths which arrived soon after ordering. Unfortunately, when the frame arrived, it had been damaged by Royal Mail. I contacted BuildMeMini and spoke to Stephen who organised a replacement immediately. Thankfully, the new frame arrived undamaged and was perfect! The customer service that I received was speedy and easy, if only all companies adopted the same mantra. I will certainly be recommending this company to family members to display their Lego pieces, they have been fantastic!

Bought a frame for my husbands 40th from me and the kids. The figures were spot on and he was made up with it.
Service was excellent and great communication meant we knew exactly when it was being made, could check it and make any changes (which we didn’t need as they were bang on) and super fast delivery

Wanted a fun creative gift for my 5 year anniversary with my boyfriend. Was blown away by the service, really easy to get hold of with any questions, lovely to work with making sure that it looked exactly how I wanted it! Would highly recommend.

I ordered one of the personal figures for my boyfriend and the whole ordering process was quick and easy. I had a couple of questions about the product and the team replied to me promptly and were extremely helpful. When it was delivered the quality was great and I was over the moon with the result.

I ordered a Lego figure with Build me Mini and worked with the team to finalise a super accurate design. The collaboration process was really easy and the team was really flexible to accommodate all my request to get the best fit. The creation time was within 10days as promised and the delivery time was super quick taking under consideration that was international package. The figure was a present to a friend who was totally amazed with the level of details of the outfit (customised printed) and the quality.
