Great customer service. I had a problem. Solved in 4 hours. I don't understand the reviews here. Just read the support hours.

I have been sending help ticket after help ticket asking for help on my device about the processing time it says a max of 3 days but it’s been 72 hours and they still won’t email me back the customer support on this website is shocking I’m highly considering refunding my subscription and I haven’t even got through the processing phase that’s how disappointing this company is

Builds is an awesome service. There are so many apps you can get, that are not on the app store.theres probably hundreds of apps to choose from.
They had some tech issues, for a little while, and this can happen at times, but any side loading store has these same issues because they have to do tech stuff to make it work for you, without using the app store.
Trust me these small loss of services are not that big of a deal when yo realize how much cool stuff you can do with builds, to much to list, but all you have to do is send them a message through their website and they will fix or make it right.
The loss of service i had, they moved my due date for my bill, so i didn't have to feel like i was paying for something that wasn't working for a short time.
Its now working great and im really happy watching movies or taking pictures with amazing photo apps ect.

Now I am not going to hold back to be honest. I use to absolutely love builds.io … playing retro games for that nostalgia was absolutely perfect. Long time a go it was even an essential thing for me to have and it was what first got me hooked onto movieboxpro. GBA4IOS was something I heavily used too. Now recently I decided to come back to it. Now this crap is now expensive but I thought you know what? Why not. I thought I knew the process. Download a profile and you’re sorted. Firstly it took an hour to download a fricken profile but whatever. Then my phone has to be verified for not 1hour to - 3 days.. no it took almost 5 days. Okay so I’m ready to play some stuff. Nope I try to download and I cant it gives me the integrity bs. Did it a couple times I even deleted profile, updated my phone installed it again etc but nothing. Went on the customer support and send a ticket out with a picture of my prob. It’s been over 2 weeks and not a single email got back. A absolute god damn rip off, at this point I’m just gonna try get my fricking refund. If not well whatever I’ll just delete my whole account and never ever touch this pile of dung again. God damn terrible customer server. Please for the love of god nobody use this absolute trash. People who run it clearly dont give crap anymore.

This service has provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. My product failed to work in any way, when I contacted support they stated they would issue me a refund and cancel my subscription, yet after reaching out several times I never received a refund and continued to get billed. Absolutely awful service - do not use it!!!!

I've tried a few alternative app stores, but Builds.io is the one I keep coming back to. It feels more reliable and trustworthy than some of the others I've used. I appreciate their transparency and commitment to user security.

They make it very difficult to cancel. You can’t just end it from the “my account” page like, oh I don’t know; every other app/sub that has ever existed. You have to go thru your bank.

Account was never activated and refund request ignored.

It’s been a week I’m trying to get an answer from customer service.

They are a scam, they just keep you at validating device. You never actually get to use any of the apps or anything.

Worst. Customer. Support. Ever. They say stuff like “thanks for the patience” and “don’t panic if it takes a while for support to contact you” because the support is TERRIBLE and unbelievable unresponsive. You’d be better off just cancelling your service when an issue arises rather than asking support. Want a single email without any really help once every 24-48 hours? Then you’ve come to the right place. Just horrible service.

Nice alternative store, easy to use, little bit unstable (the apps) but it's likely because they are custom apps on non-jailbroken devices

I've been using alternative app stores for a long time, but they were either unstable or lacked the apps I needed. With BuildStore I don't have such problems anymore. I really enjoy its apps library and never experience any technical issues. If you're looking for an easy way to download any apps to your iPhone, BuildStore is the place!

I'm a big fan of retro games! Two years ago a friend of mine shared a promo with me and I started my builds.io journey! All my favorite apps are in one place and I don't need alternatives. This service is easy to use and customer service is always there to help me.

You won’t get access for 72 hours after purchase. Incompetent company.

I'm using BuildStore about 6 month, and i like it. It's simple and useful. Here is a lot of apps (every is working for me), responsive and polite support, big library (and i can ask about more). Yeah, maybe its a little expensive, but it's make sense, if you want stable and growing service.

Had no experience in sideloading, but one of my colleagues suggested I should try it, bc there r a lot of benefits. Was skeptical at first but then thought why not. Joined BuildStore after reading a few reviews and oh boy it turned out to be a lot of fun. Didn't even have revokes, but I heard that it's a pain in the ass for all sideloading services. In short, been using this service for over 3 months now and had no issues. They also have a Twitter account and post regularly there, very convenient.

Awful deceitful company that preys on people. $27 a month is outrageous. There is no customer support, they just take your money and refuse a refund. Do not use this service

Absolute terrible service.
I was forced to delete and update an app, however, the update wouldn’t download.
I reached out and received a general reply. No further contact after 60 hours.
Not what I would expect, after paying $20 per month.
There are other programs that do the same job cheaper.
Stay clear.

No customer support what so ever can not even get a response e out of them , bought a subscription for 1 month and it would not work , 48 hours later and I’m still waiting for a response. Stay clear. Will update this if I ever hear back from them
