What a great company. The customer service is outstanding and professional. They put together a new-revised website for me and it is amazing what the team at BuildYourSite.com did.

Build You Own Site revamped our website in January for Frank Roberts Inspections and the end result was beyond our expectations. It generated increased business for us for home inspections in the Texas Hill Country. The design team was very accommodating, respectful and patient as we worked through revisions for the final release. The customer support team was very responsive when we had some issues in April 2025, which they resolved quickly.

For over a year I have been charged $109/month for a service I don’t remember signing up to. I tried to appeal the charges and the dispute was denied.

When I sent an email, used Chat, or called on the telephone with questions or concerns they quickly responded and were very patient with me. They have been helping me quickly every time for years as we have used their services for many years. (I forget how many!) THEY ARE THE GREATEST! - Jack

Great to work with, the team met all expectations. very quick turn around time from start to finish. They made everything very clear with keeping you up to date on progress with live videos and calls. Would recommend to use if in need of a new website and trust them to construct and make your new site look professional and up to date.

Don't like that they still show fake office pictures on their website. I tried to stop and see them but nobody home. All virtual at home offices they claim in communication, yet still put a fake image on their website to look bigger than they really are. Size is NOT important, nor is office space. Lying about it IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I have been with Buildyoursite.com for many years; I initially started with their do it your self builder tool that worked out for my business. I created a good-looking site to promote my business.

During Covid, my business slowed, just like most businesses. I decided to have Buildyoursite design a new site. Boy did they.. They created a fantastic new site that included a professionally designed logo. I'm thrilled that I have them develop a site for me, the business has increased above my pre-pandemic levels.

For years I have been paying onewebhosting/buildyoursite and trusting them with my website. And for years it worked. Not much happened to it after my initial release, for lack of time. Recently I checked and everything was there.

But lo and behold, I am getting ready to post my family tree on a password protected section of my website for my relatives to see, and my website is UNRECOGNIZABLE. The most glaring problem is that a treasured family heirloom (.mov) has disappeared!!!
But also small things...and it is unrecognizable.
I was told by tech support that the .mov was irretrievable!!! “That it was never part of the system”...NOT TRUE. How else did it display for years!
Worst still, I emailed the CEO, Tem Balanco (I’ve had 100% success rate in contacting CEO: they have a special team to address customer issues)...but he never even answered!!
I saw he posted in the help one week ago that we should do the backups. I never knew that and for years it worked...AND I see someone from the host has the clearance to access my site!!! What was he doing!!??
Can’t imagine a worst performance...I’ve cancelled my membership!!!

I had buildyoursite.com build a website for my business, their service is unbelievable, great service and awesome design work. I actually feel a bit guilty that they didn't bill me enough, I got quotes from local providers and they were quoting 3-4 times more.

BuildYourSite created our first website several years ago and has now updated it with a terrific new design that is exactly what we asked for. They're design team listened carefully to what we wanted and they delivered! Throughout the process of implementing the new site, everyone answered our questions and were very responsive whenever we needed them to explain something.
