Personable and professional care given by Carers.
The Carers are kind, caring, supportive and competent.

This company was amazing during a very difficult time for my family and I. They were able to facilitate care for my grandfather at short notice after our previous care provider messed up his package of care. BYS team was able to meet all my grandfather's domiciliary care needs without the stress that usually comes with dealing with care agencies.

Today after recently leaving hospital my mum has had her hair cut.
Just the offer to do that made her day and the outcome has made her feel much more positive about the long recovering journey she has ahead of her.
The carers were compassionate and supportive in what wasnt an easy task.

I cannot understand why the other ratings are so positive. Maybe its training used to be good.

They are clearly an abandoned business with lack of management skills and poorly trained and some rude staff.

One of the admin people was nice. However, management and carers are FROM HELL. They will drive you crazy with the constant change of the rules, untrained and slow staff and clearly with the most senior staff being rude and carers definitely with aggressive body language and trying to force you to join their “cult” of no vaccines and cure by herbs, not as a complement but as the only treatment. Anti-vaxxers that try to impose their position on vulnerable people with complex and serious health conditions

Contract their services if you want a service that is consistently late, with no apologies, warning or justification, unreliable and adequate for a Victorian home, with no appliances such as dishwasher, let alone smart appliances.

Absolute hell

We learnt about people and handling and the proper way to lift up people and objects so that it doesn't cause damage to the body .

I was given lots of information about my work such as how to effectively lift and safely know about the legislations in today which effect us as health care practitioners

We were in a difficult situation unable to cope with my father's dementia and blindness. Trying to manage on our own. As a family. But thanks to me contacting Orissa and her team. She quickly organised an assessment of dad's needs and the care was arranged to start immediately. The professional approach and their sensitivity to family has been amazing. Especially over xmas and the new year. Our regular carer is a real credit to the agency. They are a real life line now.
