I paid £79 for an an 'advanced' website…
I paid £79 for an an 'advanced' website and actually ended up with a store that didn't work. There was no customer service and I have been trawling the internet trying to find someone I can discuss my issues with. I knew nothing about web bulding before, but I have had to learn pretty fast in order to make my store actually work. My DNS setting were all wrong, but I couldn't get access to the 'free' domain I got through BYS. I was trawling 'Who Is' and other sites trying to work out who to ask for access to the domain so that I could make the DNS corrections myself. I ended up buying another domain form elsewhere so that I would have access to my own domain name. I am now really worried that the security of my site may have been breached as I totally do not trust BYS

If I’m going to review this experience 100% honestly. There was a free trial option and a 97$ option, I bought the 97$ option expecting exactly what was promised. To have a store built with ai, in reality all you get is 4 basic photos to choose from and they are not even relavant to the product you are selling. Other than 4 stock images, that was where the service ended. So I had to completely build my store by myself. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service was very useful but that is not what I paid for.

Great customer support but major technical setbacks.
Both before and after signing up for their free service, I've been very impressed by their excellent customer support service.
I have been well served by these customer support personnel: Renato Gaia and Princess Elaine Trinidad.
But their Shopify store (website) wasn't compatible with many basic Apps and it gave me a lot of technical challenges to the point that I had to delete it after the several weeks of work and I switches to a basic Shopify theme.

This website appears impressive and straightforward yet as much as it appears to do what it says it really doesn't. Mark Tilbury on YouTube was promoting it as much better than it is. The website it created was bad, technology theme was replaced by music, the banners I chose it only used one and the worst one. There was no footer and no links to important pages and when viewing those pages via shopify they were blank. Not link in the Mark Tilbury marketing video where "all the heavy lifting was done". Produces nothing but a good looking useless website. Linking it with AutoDs resulted in none of the product information being transfered and some reviews for another company that has nothing to do with me being plastered on the product page that included nothing more than pictures, title and price.

Another shopify linked scam
It's just a set up website to get on shopify which I have tons of bad experiences with and has tons of bad reviews.
Edit in response to BuildYourStor.ai: 'There is nothing to talk about with you guys.'
Edit 2: It's also not about you guys not being able to localise my details.
Then you're not reading/understanding my review well enough.
Hopefully this review will stay here and TP will not be bribed by you guys to get rid of my annoying review and I hope TP can read this last statement as a constructive testing kind of critique.
