The best bag (45l) I have come accros. Holds all my 💩 and some. If you have A + 1 if needed. Plenty of space. But the + 1 will have to carry there own trainers. Sorry plus one. But on the flip side love it. Just be mindfull of lockers as some will not take the size🤷♂️🙈
