The backpack is just ok.
The backpack is just ok.
It has a good number of compartments but overall it can easily get bulky without being able to hold big items. The 25L size is a bit small but the 45L one is too big. To be fair, the company did launch a 35L product but it's just not as cool looking.
The waist and chest straps are quite poorly designed. The waist one is too high because the backpack is small, but what is worse is that the straps fall off quite easily when not using them. Both my wife's and mine fell off, so it's a 100% failure rate. To make matters worse, this is obviously a known issue because the company sells straps separately. For the price you pay, you would expect a better design.
Lastly, the company falsely advertises free shipping. I suppose if you live in certain jurisdictions, that is true but one would think the messaging can be easily updated depending on one's location. In other words, we had to pay for shipping when the the website clearly said shipping was free (over a certain amount).

Product returns and refunds are way too slow. Product return acknowledgement received 3 to 4 days ago yet no refund raised as yet. Online process is too slow for me to recommend purchasing from BFA.

Extremely pleased with the bags quality…but where’s my zip toggles
Extremely pleased with the bags quality and your quick delivery.
The only disappointing thing, it didn’t come with zip toggles as did my friends one.

Shipping was on-time, product is amazing
The bag is absolutely amazing i love it so much especially for all of the gym stuff i need to put in it. the experience was nice and easy and the shipping was super as it came on time and i got updates to say that it had left the warehouse and its been handed over to the courier.

It's not that much space inside.
When you put sneakers in the bottom compartment - it really does not leave much room. I should have gone with the bigger size.

Paid and ordered in time for nothing at all!
In October 2025 I pre-ordered the Loughborough Sport 35L Backpack with some more items. The delivery didn't arrive and was sent back. I asked - in time! - for another delivery which was promised, minus some of the smaller items, which weren't in stock ay longer.
I waited November and December 2025 and am still waiting...
When I was asking for the approx. delivery date I was told the item was "oversold" (!!!) and I could get a full refund and a £10 voucher. :-(
This is real awful customer service! I ordered and paid in time and advance and waited three months for nothing at all, except for a lousy £10 voucher which every new customer gets online for free! Horrible experience, not recommended! Big words and glam website, but repulsive customer treatment. :-(
I already ordered and paid for my item, so who got it at last? Sure wasn't me! :-(

Great and super fast order process. The only slightly negative aspect was the length of the delivery, it was stated 5 days, however it was delivered on the 12th day.
