Paying for the book was easy. But missing information.

Paying for the book was easy.
Then nothing happened, and I had to write to ask if they had sent the book and when it would arrive.
This could be improved by giving information earlier on the shipment process.

So thankful

Finding this website was like finding water in a desert. I send books to children in refugee camps and it is very difficult to find children's books in some languages in the Netherlands. I am so grateful that I was able to find so many books in various languages.
