BEWARE - INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER FRAUD & SCAM: (bukowski AB and Theodore’s home Sweden)
As previously stated, I am setting a final and non-negotiable deadline for the dispatch of my shipment.
The package containing the 4 requested items must be handed over to UPS Express today, Tuesday, March 24, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM Israel Time (11:00 AM Swedish Time).
Failure to provide a valid 1Z tracking number by this deadline will be documented as a deliberate failure to comply and a total disregard for international consumer rights. This will result in an immediate escalation of the case with the authorities, as this negligence is no longer acceptable.
I expect the tracking confirmation in my inbox immediately.

I purchased now a few times via auctions from Bukowskis.
The customer service is very different between the Helsinki and Stockholm.
Unfortunately this time the product I auctioned from Stockholm was not in the advertised condition and showed serious damage on the jewellery stone, which was not mentioned in the advertisement.
Therefore, I had to use the right of withdraw and contacted the auction house.
I was told to return it to the office address, not to a postal pick up point. After research with the postal service here in Finland , I got the information that I could only add insurance if I use a postal drop off station. Home / office delivery could not offer the insurance to add.
I informed the auction house and did asked how to proceed, as I wish to use insurance for a shipment valued over 2000€ , which is not possible to book for home / office deliveries.

Instead of any helpful reply I just received a rude email from the Stockholm office.
The message was like… “…it’s your problem as customer, make sure it’s returned in time, You wanted to return it…. “

Completely wrong! I would have been delighted to keep it, if the conditions would have been as advertised!

This is not any kind of good customer service, very disappointing!

Update :
I contacted now the Helsinki based office and got help and a solution for the return. Friendly and helpful, as you would expect.
Why is that not in all the Bukowskis places possible?

I received mine object crashed from Malmö!
Despite having sent the photographs of the broken object, the Malmö office did not reply!
So very ATTENTION! Ugly and dangerous company!
They do not insure the goods shipped!
They don’t reimburse for the damages.
I lost my money and my item is broken!

I requested a pre-sale evaluation on a beautiful walnut credenza. Was told it was below their estimated 2,500KR and I requested a second opinion of which was suspiciously given almost immediately and likely by the same inbred "valuer". Astonishing incompetence. I sold via another auction site for 27,000 SEK.
