Ordered my bulbs on 12/12, today is 12/31 and I am still waiting to receive my order. I had to call in on two separate occasions, but finally was told that I should receive them on 1/4. There was no notification from the sales representative, and online communication that the bulbs were on back ordered, so assume the order was just lost in the holiday shuffle. Almost three weeks to get bulbs sent to me is way to long to wait.

This was a split order with number of bulbs ordered not completely in stock. Partial order was delivered in two days with the remainder to be sent ASAP.This supplied our immediate needs and was appreciated. We will order as need arises.

Your sight is easy to use, easy to find what I need, reasonable pricing and great service and delivery. The hardest part for me is remembering that it's Bulb Direct (singular not plural - because we're not gardening).

Customer Service is great! I had ordered a part that had been discontinued, they quickly found a replacement, let me know about it. The new part was approved on my end and the order went through with no problems. Speedy delivery!

I can't really rate the service because I ordered the bulb and received notification that it was sent, but I haven't yet received it. I have ordered from Bulb Direct in the past (for the same ancient projector) and received the proper bulb in an acceptable time frame.

Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.
