I contacted the company after the product stopped working after 3 days. I detailed my problem solving and what I had done. They literally said not their problem and told me to do what I already had done.

Their product SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO STARS

I bought a Emery whatever the last name is air fryer. Even though I lkved it, I asked to cancel the order because it was to small, and they refused. In fact, they only got 1 payment because my credit card company sided with me! What a bunch of loosers!

I purchased one handheld vacuum from them. When I got the receipt, it said 3 handheld vacuums and the order had already gone through before I had time to check it. I immediately emailed them to cancel, but it was late at night and I never got a response. I called them the next morning and they said the three vacuums were already ready to ship and I could not cancel them. They said I could return them, but they had already charged me $44 to ship the 3 vacuums. They offered me $25 to take all 3 vacuums. I could return two, but if I did I would have to pay for the shipping! They didn't even ship them until 4 days later!

1 season of Christmas lights then nothing.Lame trouble shooting is it plugged in cmon no warranty no customer support don’t waste your money with anything bulb head Just when I give up you totally redeemed yourself thanks for the replacement

My daughter bought me a Pocket Hose Copper Head 100.’ It broke on the first day I tried to use it!
I contacted BulbHead on December 10, 2024.
On April 18, 2025 after sending another email stating I had not heard anything from them! Later
that day I received an email stating that they would send me a 75 footer (the 100’ was out of stock).
June 2, 2025, I emailed again, asking where my hose was. After a few excuses I was told, “We’ll sort
this out.”

My Duck; I have it about three months, no longer works. I would like to send it back and get a replacement. How do I go about this?

This company is a complete scam. My dad ordered a Horsepower scrubber on TV that was around $40 and has been charged $147.74. The seller is listed as BLB*Duck (others on Reddit have noted problems). It also seemed to enroll him in another scam with Bulbhead Jewelry where he started receiving cheap jewelry he did not order with suspicious "invoices" indicating payment to his credit card (but no numbers, possibly to keep family from discovering these fraudulent charges). I opened a case with the BBB, and he received $220 in refunds from Bulbhead jewelry. They seem to be associated with Telebrands. It is likely his name, address and credit card info was sold by Telebrands.

I recently ordered a copper head pocket hose two days ago. I was informed it would take four weeks to deliver. I tried cancelling order today. Spent two hours on hold for customer service and never did talk to anyone. Also sent a message via email and no response. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again!

They actually provide a value for product that are as advertised!

So far, everything I have purchased is just as great as advertised.

Loved the products and the price on more than one occasion

Easy to order. Updates are given routinely on shipment and items arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

My orders are always shipped correctly and on time.

Bulbhead has several items that I have purchased and have been happy with all of them. The prices are right and there are a number of unique products here that you would have to search for anywhere else. Also the return, refund policy is great!

Your Copper Bullet hose blew holes in it after a few months, and then I replaced it with another one and that started leaking in several places not long after that too. They both wound up in the trash, and I have gone back to a conventional polyurethane or whatever-the-are-made-of 50 foot hose.

Only half my order has arrived. Found out you will not exchange any item. I am done with BulbHead!

Always have great products reliable service

Placed two orders..first one arrived..love and are using the grease and carpet cleaner.
Second order has been shipped three(3) times..delivered to an unknown address. Now requesting a Refund..

If there is a problem with a product you fix it , and this day and age thats rare.

Great products. Great prices.
