Great support, fair rules, quick payouts, good prices, and very easy to use. Definitely one of the best firms in my opinion

Very bad experience as they refused my payout they said that I have flipping days which is bullsith so they don’t accessor to get 700$ in a day and the next day breakeven so only few dollars they consider it flipping day

After passing the challenge and working on my account for 1 month and i know all the rules i got surprised by deleting my master account. I contacted the support but the reason is not clear like they just want to close the account. They said the problem in the payment of the data fees and i paid normally and they say we will refund the 148$ ( ofc 148$ better for them then a payout of 1500$).
I will never use this prop firm again 👎🏻

I’ve been doing business with Bulenox now for years and I’ve never had a problem with them regarding any of their products and services that they offer. They deliver everything that they claim. If there’s a system issue their customer service response is swift and effective, and I’ve never had a payout declined for any reason. The trading rules are fair and manageable. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because their price point is a little higher than some of their competitors in this space.. but you do get what you pay for in most cases.

The process so far has been painless...all my questions have been courteously answered in a timely manner. All payout request have been handled promptly.
