I never received my package. Ordered it in the beginning of January. Have contacted the customer service a couple of times. No results so far.

First order had a defect as bag with…
First order had a defect as bag with protein was leaking powder. I wrote Bulk service desk and they did send a replacement pack based on pictures & dialogue. Seems to be a picking issue in the warehouse - not a courier problem... so they did what they could to error correct. would shop again

Good customer service
Nice products, reasonable prices and good customer service. Received a package where one bag had a tear and the protein powder had spilled out, they were very apologetic and sent a new one quickly. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Good snacks, bad taste of vegan protein
The protein cookies and some of the gourmet bars/vegan protein bars are really good. The taste of the vegan protein is not very good. I just manage to drink it somehow. One of the reasons I buy here is because the deal for the collagen + C is pretty good.

Product is extremely clumpy
Product is extremely clumpy. I’m told it is due to the oat power content. The thing is, I’ve had other products from Bulk which contain oat powder, and also products from other companies that do too. None of them have ever clumped up this badly - I mean, I have a significant amount of dry powder in my mouth after shaking for an eternity. It’s disgusting to drink. I’ve explained it several ways, that I know what oat powder tastes like and how it mixes, but I’m repeatedly told that this is the cause and they consider it normal. I don’t agree.
Bulk don’t seem to mind, so I probably won’t shop again. Unfortunate, because it is super tasty.
Update, after reply from Bulk: I'm not sure what Bulk do not understand here. The clumps are not normal oat powder clumps. They are more than 5mm in diameter. They are not normal, and I've had 5-6 other powders, containing oat powder, that do not clump like this. I am aware that oat powder will always have fine non-dissolved particles - this is not the problem I have.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not liked our Essential Mass gainer.
The Mass gainers contains oats which means that they can't dissolve fully in water, this is quite normal and the same for all mass gainers.
For the best results we recommend to use a shaker with a grid or a wireball and to add the water first so that the powder will not stick to the bottom, only add the grid after adding the powder so that it will not be covered in powder.
