disingenuous to customers - shameful
Such awful customer service - after a back and forth and then only after posting a bad review, bulk agreed to refund immediately an open packet of protein and then refund for an unopened packet upon its return.
After following up on the refund of the returned item they now disagree they will refund the open packet and that the refund was for the unopened packet.
Here is the original correspondence:
“I completely understand your concerns.
Unfortunately, as per our policy, we do not accept returns of any opened products as these are classified as food items. However, to ensure you are not left without, we have successfully processed a refund for the cost of your opened packet. You should see the refunded amount appear on your original payment method within the next few working days.
Regarding your unopened product, I have attached a return slip to this email so you can return the order free of charge.”
Now they write: “ Upon reviewing our previous correspondence, I must clarify that we have not committed to refunding the open product.”
How can “we have successfully processed a refund for the cost of your opened packet.” be construed as not agreeing to refund for it?
I’ve been a loyal customer to Bulk for years, this is the first time I’ve had to interact with their customer service, and I can sum it up in two words “they suck”
This is disappointingly disingenuous and I caution buying from them.

Almond butter does not taste good
The package is not delivered on the date it was mentioned and I ordered almond butter 500 grams pack because my daughter like it. The taste was not quite good. it has some different taste like it has some bad nuts in the butter. Not going to order again

Selling old product (very short shell life left)
had to throw 2 expensive packs of mobilise (2x180 pills) in the bin, hadn't seen that they could only last a few months after purchase.
When you sell pill supplements, they should be able to last at least 12 months, otherwise they should draw attention to the short shelf life so that you don't buy too much at a time.
