Nice products terrible delivery
I’ve ordered from Bulk several times and their products are genuinely great. Excellent quality, clean ingredients, great taste, and I love that they offer both vegan and non-vegan options with natural sweeteners instead of artificial ones like sucralose.
But the delivery is honestly a nightmare. Every single time something goes wrong. It usually takes at least a week or two, and before they even ship the parcel, it sits for 2-3 days in processing. Then UPS keeps it for who knows how long. Sometimes the parcel gets lost, or marked as delivered when it isn’t, or dropped off kilometers away from your home. Customer service helps only once things are completely messed up, and even replacements take ages.
Compared to other companies that deliver in 1-3 working days, this feels like another century. You just can’t tell when (or if) your order will actually arrive. Amazing products, but the shipping experience is a total disaster
