Delivery and Packaging to be improved
The delivery has been low level: the deliver has left my pack on the stairs, fortunately a gentle neighbor saved it for me before got stolen.
The package of the protein is not nice: the zip closing system is low quality, and finally the bag could not be closed anymore after few weeks due to loss of adherence of the zip from the bag.
Protenins are good, nothing bad to say.

Ridiculous creatine spoon size
The creatine directions are to take 1.75 spoons of powder. This does not make any sense. Just make a spoon with a size of the full portion or half the portion.
Delivery was bizarre too, instead of just trying again the next day, you have to plan a new delivery. And there are very few delivery points, in case you're not often home, that's not a big help either.

I was quite disappointed with this order. The delivery took over two weeks, which was much longer than expected. When the parcel finally arrived, it was evident that it had been opened during transit — I have photos to support this. In addition, some items, such as the peanut butter jar, were dented and appeared mishandled.
Given the long delay and the condition of the package upon arrival, I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a commercial gesture as compensation for the inconvenience. I hope this feedback will help improve your packaging and shipping process moving forward.
