Prices increased 24€ in 1 year - same product

I've been a customer of Bulk for a few years now and always loved their price / quality ratio. Now, they have raised the prices significantly!!

Last year 2,5kg of whey protein was at 57,99€ - now the same product, no improvement, is at 69,99€ and they advertise it as "75% sale discounted" (so then the new original price is 81,99€). Either a fake sale to push you to buy or an increase of 24€ for the exact same product in 1 year time.. I get that your prices change a little overtime but this is crazy!

Will look for another brand ;(

Our promotions and offers are updated as often as three times a week, and we occasionally have sales with discounts up to a certain percentage. It's important to note that not every product in the sale is discounted by that exact percentage.

Please note that the promotion is 'Up to 75%.' This does not mean that all items are currently reduced by 75%

Please also note that this sale is calculated from the full retail price of the product, not the already reduced price.

Good products but shady practices

I buy most of my fitness shakes and supplements from Bulk because their prices are good and the products are usually good quality but I have had two big problems with them in the past year.

Recently I received 4 bags of preworkout powder that were all as solid as bricks. I contacted Bulk and they quickly sent replacement bags but these were also the same. It seems like humidity got into the batch or they weren’t stored well, but this was not picked up in quality control at any point. The product is not useable.

The second issue is Bulk’s false advertising of sales. They frequently advertise heavy discounts, but if you check, the products are actually the same price as always. Right now there is a sale of ‘up to 75% off’ which shows fake ‘before’ prices, sometimes €100+ higher than the real price. Checking my past orders, the sale price is just the regular price. This kind of scammy marketing is really off putting.

Late, blocked.

Late, too late and not yet arrived. Update: on 27th April still blocked! I have started having doubts... New update: on 29th April the order is still blocked! I want my money back. New update: May the 9th. I received my reimbursement. A few minutes ago someone left a package down the stairs, no one was at home and I couldn't refuse. Could I pay for it?
