I called customer service this morning…
I called customer service this morning for an invoice to be sent to my personal email. The lady that’s answered the phone was very rude and laughed at my situation and hung up on me. I called again and got her again she stated she didn’t hang up on me and she “did what she needed to do”. Well she didn’t let me explain my situation & hung up on me. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but she’s was just very unprofessional for something so simple that i needed. If you don’t like working there then just don’t work there at all there’s no reason to be rude to customers like that. Just a pure awful person on the phone I’ve never had an experience like what i had experienced this morning. Will never do business with this company again.

We have been a customer for about a year and they have been great. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this supplier - great customer service, professional and speedy service. I ordered 204 disinfecting wipes yesterday and much my surprise, rec'd them today (next day!!). The driver called (as requested) when outside - so professional.

I ordered twin pocket folders
I ordered twin pocket folders, and I did not get all my orders, I called in was told that they will take care of it that they will call UPS to find out what happened. I asked for my money back because I received very dirty folders the boxes were destroyed, the folders it self have a dirt inside, it was a horrible supplies and yes I am missing 6 boxes.
There not doing anything about neither I am getting my money back or
or supplies. I do not recommend this company. It is very shameful to treat your business clients like this.
