Pretty good products overall

Pretty good products overall, I think. (As far as I can tell from just subjective evaluation.) One that is one of the most important to me, however, is very inconsistent. Ascorbic acid sometimes is white, sometimes a dull yellowish, which it should not be. And sometimes it mixes nicely with a buffering agent (potassium bicarbonate), while other batches fizz and foam like crazy. Bilberry is inconsistent, sometimes bright red, other times dull grayish magenta. But most products seem to me to be fine.

I ordered L-Leucine from you and…

I ordered L-Leucine from you and expected to get it shipped from Henderson. Shipped from Amazon. Soooo old it did not mix with water. I can’t use it can’t return it for full refund!!!? I have been buying from you for 5 years. Several times I drove over to Henderson and picked up products. Very disappointed

I ordered what I thought were ALA capsules

There was confusion

Your acknowledgment said “capsules”,
but also said “powder”

I wanted capsules, but now I have powder that I cannot use

This is not good Customer Service❗️

You should send me some empty capsules and a tool to put the powder in !

Great quality, speedy service, & products always as advertised

I usually tend to experiment with different supplements by buying off of amazon for the convenience of next day shipping when I'm uncertain of how much I want to invest in a product.
Once I know I'm going to incorporate it into my longterm lifestyle plan however, I always turn to BulkSupplements as their quality and value proposition is second to none.
Really happy to these guys/gals are in business!

Great product quality but poor customer service.

Great product quality at a fair price.

The customer service was quite bad. Very long delays with no reply and unfriendly tone when did get one.

It also said it would dispatch from my country (NZ) but then actually left from the US.

Id have done two stars, but the price and quality are good redeeming factors.

So yeah great product but poor customer experience.
