As a retired 78 year old who hasnt kept up with new technologies, let alone cryptocurrencies, I really needed help a few times. Unlike other exchanges, we do not charge any additional trading fee, transaction fee, deposit fee or withdrawal fee. So the spread that you see on our public rates page is all-inclusive. We believe that this is the most honest way to calculate and display fees and rates.
Also, because our deposits and withdrawals are usually instant, our users are able to lock-in exchange rates immediately. When selling Bitcoin, users do not have to wait for Bitcoin deposits to confirm before being able to lock-in the exchange rate.
We believe that the premium service we offer is worth it!

Watch carefully, on their rates pages they advertise like all others exchange platform with USD BUY and SELL showing that they take only 1.5%, BUT they using CAD, so you will be charge 3% in BUY !!! That is a misleading page! Try it yourself: go on rates and fee page and compares the USD and CAD SELL and BUY... Then top of page its wrote ''HONEST'' And they know it!!!

As you mentioned, our exchanges rates are all publicly available and auditable at bullbitcoin.com/rates. The rates are different depending on which currency you are using. So it is normal that the exchange rates are different between USD and CAD. The EUR and MXN and CRC rates are also different.
As you can see from this 3rd party website that is not affiliated to us, our CAD exchange rate is not 3% but rather it is around 2%. You can check it out here: https://cspread.ca/

I thought I payed my Master Card via Bylls. Instead I sent my payment to a wallet that belonged to me and then forgot to forward it to MC. I should have sent it directly to MC. Lesson learned and no funds lost. The only problem is that I didn’t know that I didn’t send payment to MC. I realized once my MC was frozen (barely half of my limit was used). I reached out to Eugenio from Bitcoin Jungle for help. He PATIENTLY talked to me on the phone and sent messages to help me resolve the problem. In the end I was the problem. I redirected the funds to MC. Eugenio is an excellent troubleshooter and as I said previously very very patient.

We got hacked and lost 150 k. Our problem but the company should insist on 2-step verification. Also, no support afterward. The opposite happened: They actually put us on a blacklist in Canada... Unbelievably arrogant and ignorant.

We Saved Time and Money
Thank You Bull Bitcoin, You saved us 2 days travelling time and hundreds in expenses. Bull Bitcoin was able to exchange some BTC and send it directly to the owner and pay for a new truck we were purchasing out of town. The old fiat system required us to travel half way across the country to sign a wire transfer document. We would have then had to travel back half way across the country to retrieve the truck. We did the transaction while sitting comfortably by a fire in a nice camp ground.

Great experience at buying Bitcoin.
I sent an email and it did not take long before Guillaume reached out to me and we were able to connect and get things rolling. Guillaume answered all my questions/worries about Bitcoin. Within about 2 days, I had invested $1000 into Bitcoins. And this was done during the weekend because unlike stocks, Bitcoin operates in real time. Confidently invested now!!
