Bulldog Garage Doors Reviews 20

We had new roller doors fitted recently.
While the guys that fitted the doors were really nice once they left we noticed the garage was much colder than our previous up and over fitted 20 plus years ago when the house was built and the traffic noise is so loud it’s like the doors are open.
We couldn’t live with this so called to ask what could be done.
Seals were suggested at an additional cost and we opted for this.
They had to be cut at the back and still don’t keep the cold out.
We are wondering why we had to have the doors fitted with batons.
Waiting for suppliers to arrange a meeting at their convenience to see what solution will achieve to stop the cold coming in.
The weather can be harsh where we live , strong winds.

With out a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. My gauge door was damaged and phoned the company that fitted our door to repair it but they have messed us about. So a friend suggested to phone bulldog. Which I did they asked me to send some pictures by email which I did then I phoned back to confirm they received them. With that I was told an engineer would be out to look at it following afternoon. Which was great to say the least. Then something amazing happened the engineer turned up looked at the door made a phone call. Cut my old door open. Bulldog made a repayment shutter delivered it to be fitted so all repaired in under 24 hours start to finish

Uses fake reviews, has had 100's of reviews in the past, no only 17, clearlu uses a hacker to remove negative reviews. My initial review has been removed too.

How does trustpiloy allow a hacker to manipulate its online reviews.

Excellent customer service going that step further to resolve my father’s glitch with his door. Could have been more user error but they still came out to resolve when they said they could.

Fantastic company and outstanding service! We had a garage door installed by Bulldog a couple of years ago, and the whole experience—from the installation to the team—was excellent.

Fast forward to last night, someone accidentally drove into our shutter and damaged it. My car was stuck inside, and I didn’t want to risk opening the door in case it wouldn’t close again. I called Bulldog first thing this morning, and by the afternoon, they were here with a new shutter and had everything fixed.

You really can’t ask for better service than that—absolutely top-notch!

On 23rd June 2024 we had two electric roll up garage doors fitted. Jason and Doug were absolutely brilliant. They were polite, professional and worked diligently until the job was done.
We are really pleased with the end result and our two chartwell green garage doors are a great addition to our home. Thank you for the attention to detail and the great job done.

Had our double garage roller door fitted on 8 August 2024, from the first visit to fitting was excellent and we are very pleased with the service and our door.

We have just been charged £183 to repair our garage door. Apparently the issue was our own fault and we shouldn’t have been storing items within a foot of door. This was never advised. Shows up to 10 years guarantee on website but this is only colour fade nothing else so don’t get caught out like we did. You can only use Bulldog for any spare parts with them fitting whereas other companies you can buy spare parts and fit yourself.

Prompt service, well fitted and good quality products. Price very competitive compared to others. Would highly recommend

I’ve used Bulldog Garage Doors twice, once at my old house, and my current address.
I can’t recommend them enough, a professional service, easy to talk to and did everything I said they would, in the timeframe they told me. I have a white roller garage door and I’ve never had any problem with ii or the last one, it’s been a few years now.
Well worth the money to have somebody who knows what they’re doing.

Fitters turned up and done a great job. It is the after service that I have an issue with. My new garage door opens without my knowledge as the remote is so sensitive it activates the garage door when I chick my keys on the side in my house. I ask for guidance on programming the auto shut feature as I had tried following the poor instructions in the manual without success. The response I got was instructions are in the manual. We don’t recommend. After posting this review I was contacted and given various options and a offer of an engineer to come and program the door to auto close . ( which is not recommended). I think the issue was my range rover key which is very chunky was pushing the remote key fob.I have separated them on my key ring.
Based on the phone call I have amend my review. As stated the quality of the door and the excellent job the fitters is a credit to the company.

2nd time using bill dog garage doors, the product was delivered and installed as discussed. The 2 representatives installing the door were professional and had a good attention to detail. Would highly recommend their services, if your looking for a high quality long lasting product look no further!

Great company to work with. They go the extra mile and are not expensive. Really helped me out supplying just a garage door screen as we had changed the colour of our front door and frame etc. Perfect size, easy installation. They were really helpful, explaining how to reuse my wireless safety system etc. Great service deserves great praise. Well done and many thanks.

We had a few companies out to quote and Bulldog were the only ones to give a price there and then - which was also the most competitive. At the time of the quotation my husband was on his way home from work, and I called to tell him what Bulldog could offer. He told me he would be home in 30 minutes to talk it through - I had said this to the representative and asked if he could leave anything with me to show my husband - also saying it was a shame he wasn't here to see what it was that we would get. The representative then said we were his last visit of the day so if I wanted my husband to see it, he would kindly come back when he was home. He did this and showed my husband the display in his van, with no pressure on agreeing to anything there and then or within a set time. With the service received being so customer focused and complete opposite to others that were pushy with 'how great' their product was, we decided to pay the deposit there and then and book in with them.
We had our door fitted on 8th July and the great service continued. I had to drop my son at nursery so opened the existing garage door and left a note on our front door for the fitters to say I would be back shortly. I left at 7:40am and was back by 8:15am. When I returned I was pleased to see the fitters there and already undertaking the task in hand. They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. When complete they showed me how to operate the door and made sure I was happy with it all before leaving.
As I had paid my balance via card machine on the day the door was fitted - I called the office to request an invoice be sent over following payment and within 10 minutes it was in my inbox.
So, as I say - seamless start to finish. I would 100% recommend Bulldog Garage Doors.
