Bulldog Gear - Zero Plus - Fold Flat Adjustable Weight Bench Reviews

Commercial-Inspired Performance. Compact Storage. The Bulldog Gear Zero Plus Fold Flat FID Bench has been designed for serious home gym owners who refuse to compromise between performance and space. Unlike traditional heavy-duty adjustable benches that permanently occupy valuable floor space, the Zero Plus folds almost completely flat, allowing it to be stored neatly under a bed, behind a door or against a wall when not in use. Supporting Flat, Incline and Decline (FID) training with a 300kg load capacity, it delivers exceptional versatility while remaining one of the most practical adjustable benches available for modern home gyms. Whether you're training in a garage, spare room, garden gym or apartment, the Zero Plus helps you maximise both your training and your available space. What Does FID Mean? FID stands for Flat, Incline and Decline. Unlike a standard flat or incline bench, an FID bench gives you three training positions in one compact piece of equipment. Flat Perfect for bench press, dumbbell press and general strength training. Incline Ideal for upper chest development, shoulder press and incline dumbbell exercises. Decline Great for decline pressing, abdominal training and expanding your exercise selection. One bench. Hundreds of exercises. Why Choose the Zero Plus Fold Flat FID Bench?
