I have been doing business with this company for some time now...Every time I have done business with Bullion Exchanges on eBay has been a pleasant experience. If I email them with a question, they respond quickly and answer questions and concerns that resolves matters immediately. I noticed people complaining that this company will cancel orders due to the price of silver going up, this is definitely not true in my experience. I bought five ounces literally the night before the “supposed silver squeeze“ and purchased the Ag. at a far lower price right before prices went up...it took them about a week to send my purchase, due to such high demand, but all in all, they never canceled my order and I received a great product as usual. I will continue to do business with bullion exchanges and, in my book this company is highly recommended ,not only for one of the best prices, but for great customer service and quality products. This is one of my top 3 bullion companies I purchase online bullion from. I am Sorry to hear others that had bad experiences ,but for me So far only good. God bless

I bought my first silver bars from Bullion Exchange. Very good price and they shipped quickly. I will buy from them again.

I had a problem with the site about a cancelled order, but they called to work it out. So I am amending the review as the service turned out better than expected.

ABSOLUTELY WHATEVER YOU DO,. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. LOOK AT THEIR BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATINGS. TOTAL SCUMBAGS

My transaction experience with BE customer service was handled professionally, honestly and courteously with no pressures. They tell you every thing upfront and very transparent and do not change the rules while the game has starts.

Buy at your own risk. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I bought an item from them on eBay and they canceled the sale right after the price went up. This is a scam artist business. If you enter a binding agreement you should ship the item to the buyer. If the prices of gold went down, they would still expect me to pay. So I still expect them to ship my product. If you want a better transaction look at pretty much any other bullion dealer as these people will not play by the rules.

I was a fool not to check the ratings because other people have had similar complaints. If you give them money, they should ship the item as agreed upon. To do otherwise, is a huge scam.

I have placed 6 orders with them and never any problems. To the contrary the prices are AWESOME and the have free shipping over $75 which is probably the best in the industry. And they ship super fast. I live in Cincinnati Ohio and got a package in July in a matter of 40ish hours. Ordered Wednesday night and got package Friday morning AWESOME.

Recently I placed an order and received it in a timely manner. Bullion Exchanges sells the usual bullion products but also has unique items that some online companies don't have. I liked how they add a classy touch to their inner packaging by printing the name on the merchandise box and plastic packing material. It indicates to me that the owner and management take pride in what they do. Fair and very competitive prices too.

I would avoid this company like the plague, if at all possible. They're NY pests with pricey product and a ruffian attitude.

I read the reviews and I was scared to use them ..I even called and asked about there terrible reviews...I thought it was strange they wanted a credit card deposit .Because the reviews were bad I was sure they were gonna rip me off....NO NO NO NO NO NO ...THEY DELIVERED AS PROMISED AT A GOOD PRICE ...I GOT GOOD SERVIVE GOOD SERVICE.....!!!!!!!!!!!

Bunch of crooks and liars I place an order for 1 ounce coins i wire the money got order number and approve then two days later they canceled my order saying was a glitch in Internet Basically market went up so they didn’t want to sell it to me for the low price when I talk to them they said they have rights and that’s their policy they can cancel whatever they want ,but we’ll see what the judge have to say about it that’s their policy not the law I have all of the proof they send the money back but they did not pay me back $30 bank fee for money wire I guess someone have to teach them a lesson and this scam Hass to end I don’t care about the 30 bucks but I am a man of principles and I Will sue them just for this purpose plus I am not going to pay for their mistakes please think twice before buying from those crooks

I purchased a coin on EBay from them and the next day they cancelled it. They wouldn’t tell me why and also told me I cannot purchase off of eBay again from them. I have never been denied a purchase off of EBay in the 15 years I’ve been buying and selling. The coin by the way has gone up in value so I’m sure that’s why they cancelled it. Never again would I buy from them. Crooks!!

If you do have something like worldwide known precious metalls in any form be it bricks or coins you are now located at the great place where you can actually make more money with them then what you already have clearly anyway.

Worst company to buy gold!!! After they are holding your funds 10 days !!! They cancelled and return your money , check these scammers on @bullionexchanges it’s joke company!!! dont you ever do business with them

I purchased 2 kilos of silver, received the receipt and money went through. A week after they send an email saying that their compliance department canceled the order. I think the reason was that price per kilo went up almost $100 that week. Furthermore I wanted to check what happened to my account and it was suspended. A bunch of crooks!

Tried to buy 2 kilos of silver from them. My payment went through and they held my money for over a week, and then decided to refund it because they had "not received a reply from you within the requested time frame, we will not be able to process this order" even though they never sent me an email regarding my order. I'm assuming they canceled it was because silvers going up and they'd rather screw me over and make an extra couple hundred off my kilos. Never again

I know this must be a crazy time for them, however bought 7 kilos of silver, they accepted payment, and after a couple of days canceled my order claiming my address couldn't be verified. Bought off Ebay and they had my phone number and email to verify anything they like. Called and went on their site to find out even though spot price has gone down they are selling the bars at twice the price overnight. Appears my order was canceled so they could jack up premiums due to lack of supply everywhere.

Wow. What horrible reviews.
Sure everyone loves a ‘deal’ but I’ll pay a little more to guarantee integrity.

I don’t suppose the company cares or the reviews wouldn’t exist
