I had a very disappointing experience with Bullsouq broker.
Initially, I completed all required document submissions and received an official confirmation via email that my account was fully verified. Based on this, I proceeded to deposit funds and started trading.
However, when I requested a withdrawal, my request was blocked with the claim that my KYC is still pending. This is completely unacceptable and contradictory, as I already have email proof confirming my account verification.
It appears that the broker is deliberately delaying or avoiding withdrawals by creating false excuses. I have provided all required documents multiple times, yet my funds are still being withheld without justification.
This raises serious concerns about the credibility and transparency of Bullsouq. I strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing money with this platform.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter further on multiple platforms.
Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
