Unethical return process - Stay away

I bought leather case - which was poorly designed and then I initiated return. And their return process is absolutely horrible. They are intentionally making it difficult to return.

They asked to take video that it is in good condition and they have to approve it, then they don't pay for shipment - I paid out of pocket. They don't pay you back the shipment cost for delivery.

And even after doing all of this, I had to follow up after 5 days to ask for return - still hasn't received it.

Never ever going to buy anything from Bullstrap.

Love my leather case and had excellent experience with their support for a warrant replacement. Will be my go to case till the day i die

I have always had a great experience with Bullstrap. Their customer service is great, and the products are even better.

Ordered a Bullstrap case on 12/9. Website promised 24-hour processing and delivery in 2–6 days after shipping.

It’s now 1/22/26 — still no shipment, no proactive communication, and I only learned it was backordered after chasing support myself.

Premium prices, bargain-bin customer communication. Would not recommend.

Ordered a case 6 weeks ago, money paid right away, and then nothing; no shipping, no "your order is delayed, sorry", no response to emails, nothing.
Their site looks awesome and the product (if you ever get it) might be okay, but this company has no clue about how to run a business and customer service.
Stay away from them, or you'll be dissapointed.

The phone case looks decently cool, but after I paid $90 for it, the backside of my phone shattered with it on, and the “lifetime” warranty is actually only in place until you get a new phone (they won’t give you a different model case) I’ve had a pretty terrible experience with the company

Lara at Bullstrap exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Her customer service was outstanding, and the product itself is truly exceptional—premium quality, thoughtful design, and worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bullstrap to anyone looking for top-tier craftsmanship and support.

Have had the case for 2.5 months and it is already falling apart. Very poorly made. Contacted customer service and their response was that the item was listed as “final sale”. I showed screen shots showing that it didn’t say that. Refused to help in any way.

Don’t buy when in Europe. You pay a crazy amount of taxes and delivery cost. They don’t say anything about this. I payed a total amount of 55 euro just for taxes and delivery. It’s crazy.

Horrible customer service, stay away from this horrible company. Never going to buy anything from them. TERRIBLE

Ordered a case one month ago, never arrived. I've exchanged tons of emails with customer service which is useless. I don't recommend, specially for premium case at an expensive price.

I have ordered from this company last year for our iPhone 16's and tried again this year for our iPhone 17's. I get the pro max and my spouse gets one of the smaller phones (16 pro; the 17 air).

BOTH times, they have had major supply chain / supply management issues. Both times, they held the part of the order that WAS available till the second half of the order was available --- but, then the first item that was available was no longer available... Seriously... what in the hell?

Clearly lots of issues in getting what you ordered here.

Good for around a year, gets sticky and is very prone to scratches. Used to go with the Apple leather cases previously; they can't stand a chance against them, especially considering the price tag. I'd rather recommend Caudabe or other brands instead for a better case.

So the idea of the leather phone case is great. The case itself is fine, but the company should invest more in durability. it’s just not practical to use - simple things like dropping the phone from a small distance or scratching the case can leave permanent marks.

No doubt the leather quality is 10/10, looks amazing just like the description, but I was just disappointed with how it’s held up after less than a year of ownership

I purchased an Apple Watch leather strap to replace the one that came with my watch. Granted, it was final sale and a good price, which is what enticed me to order it and see if I like their products, which appear beautiful on their website, if on the pricier side. All I can say is that I am glad the lesson learned did not cost me a ton of money! I wore my watch with the new strap for one day, removed it at night, and when I tried to put it on the next morning it literally tore at the connection point rendering it completely useless!! I stared at it in disbelief, annoyance, and frankly amusement, that such a highly touted item was so flimsy. I have items I have purchased from Amazon and Temu that have lasted WAY longer than a Bullstrap watch band.

buyer beware - product disintegrates and they don’t respond to warranty claims. Horrible customer service. Go to a reputable company that has the decency, courtesy, and respect to email you back. Phone cover is horrible!

Terrible. Customer service is unreceptive to requests to change/cancel orders. They'll gladly waste your time and money to exchange items in an untimely manner, even when you reach out within minutes after the fact. I reached out to them when I realized I ordered the incorrect case for AirPods, and they somehow could not change/cancel it even though I reached out less than 20 minutes as I placed the order. They basically told me to buzz off and go exchange it, so I did, having to pay not just shipping out on my end out of my dime once it arrives, but they also charge $8 to ship a dinky case. Ridiculous. This is all a massive inconvenience and I highly suggest avoiding this company. It's been two weeks, and I probably would've been better off just going to Amazon to spend less money and time to get a case shipped to me.

Terrible product and customer service. It's plastic, and when damaged they will not refund or replace without paying an exorbinant shipping fee.

I just read through the reviews on here and I felt compelled to share my experience which has been nothing but great.

I bought a case for my 15 pro max back in November 2023. Since then I’ve had two instances when I had the case replaced. For both times, Vance was the rep who helped me and the process was super smooth and fast. Just paid the shipping and a new case was at my door a few days later.

Disappointed after a Cheap Chinese Import case arrived Not made in the USA.
Took over a month to arrive and when it did it was not the colour or the description of the colour that I had ordered on their website. I ordered a Slate Gray iPhone case and received a dirty brown taupe type colour case with rough/poor finish with gathering around the corners and very poor MagSafe strength, all for over £70. Looks like it’s only worth £5. The case looks terrible cheap and dirty straight out of the box. The box it ships in looks way more expensive than the case. Very annoyed at being ripped off and will contact their customer support.

I will update this review depending on the outcome of the customer support which so far has been quite good with an offer of resolution. But it shouldn’t be this way from the outset.

HOWEVER….
After contacting customer support their response was EXCELLENT and they shipped a replacement case without question. The replacement case was completely different, well made and finished so I’m changing my 1 star review to a 4 star review as my first case must have slipped through the quality control net.
