This platform is a scam. Someone gained access to my account and made a trade and bought into a scam meme coin and drained my entire SOL balance. And, unfortunately, I don't see any way to contact their support for help.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of trading on BullX, and let me tell you – it’s as scammy as it gets. From the start, it’s clear that this platform is designed to trap unsuspecting traders with promises of easy gains and then leave you high and dry when things go south.
Automated Rug Pulls: It’s painfully obvious that the coin creation process is automated to facilitate rug pulls. You can watch how memecoins are pumped and dumped within hours, all thanks to the platform’s shady structure. New coins appear out of nowhere, and before you know it, the developers or whales dump everything, leaving traders with bags of worthless tokens.
No Shorting Options: How is it possible for a so-called "trading platform" to not even offer basic shorting? This is a huge red flag. Without the ability to short or properly hedge, you're basically forced to watch your positions crumble as they manipulate prices.
Lack of Transparency: No real team or transparent information. The platform feels like a black hole when it comes to accountability. If something goes wrong, good luck trying to get in touch with support – you’re on your own.
Untrustworthy Token Listings: I’ve seen this happen time and time again – tokens that seem too good to be true, popping up with little to no real value, only to be pumped up for a short time, then rug-pulled and delisted.
Overall, BullX is a cash grab, built on the backs of naïve traders. I’ve lost significant funds here, and judging by the behavior of the platform, it seems like a carefully planned scheme to milk investors until the rug is pulled out from under them. Do NOT trust this platform with your money.
If you want to avoid getting wrecked, steer clear of BullX and take your trades to legitimate exchanges that provide real tools for traders to manage risk.

I get the call from Miloslav Velek(Bullxm) i don't know how they get my number initially they convince me to open the account with 500 euro and this agent call me every day and he ask me to login the account then he dictated me to open the positions as i dont know about trading any thing after 1 month we make 50 euro and the he convince me to invest €10K company also invest 10K I refused to invest but he force me every day long calls and anyways i invest 10k next 1 month position open every day some position make small profit but some positions going in losses.I asked him most of the position you opened is showing in loss his answer was these are open position will come up its take time.After month and half he told me If you invest 10K more you can get 20K back with in 6 weeks as BMW&Mercedes dividend you will get in first week of May 2024 and also our company invest 10K i refused again but i don't have any other choice get back my investment so i invest again but i did't get any dividend when i asked him he said to me because we have some sale position that's why we did't get dividend.Long story short i lost €23500K. Please don't go near I want to save you all for this scam.

The sales department is very pushing while trying to convince to start an investment, and invites to see this page to make customers feeling safe.
Unfortunately I have to think that the reviews aren't legit, as all the reviewer have only 1 review published and recent ones are strangely focused on the same region where I live, so like they are fishing in my zone.
Moreover the names of people from my region are often misspelled, like they were written by a foreigner not knowing well the language. Very suspicious.
I would suggest to be very aware of this exchange, to me seems not trustable.
