As a photographer who edits on a carefully calibrated monitor, I’m very particular about print quality and color accuracy. I recently ordered a ChromaLuxe metal print with aluminum Dibond backing from Bumblejax Print Lab in Seattle, and the result is outstanding.

The image was a complex mountain landscape with deep shadows, bright highlights, and subtle color transitions. Bumblejax reproduced the file beautifully—the tonal transitions, detail, and color accuracy match my calibrated display remarkably well.

The print arrived in extremely sturdy packaging, and the overall craftsmanship is truly gallery quality. If you are looking for fine art metal prints or ChromaLuxe metal prints, Bumblejax is an excellent choice.

I will definitely be ordering from Bumblejax again and would gladly recommend them to other photographers and artists.

I have used Bumblejax for 2 separate orders and both of these arrived in perfect condition and were beautiful! I have had acrylics made twice and a canvas print made once. The larger Acrylic print was 20x40, so fairly large. Everything was packaged well and the artwork was pristine. In addition the colors were great. I will continue to use them! I had had some problems with prior printing services so am very happy I started using Bumblejax

My experience with Bumblejax was fantastic! All of the people I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. They also really knew their stuff! They made an acrylic print for me that turned out even better than I could have imagined. The photo shines almost as if it’s being lit from behind.

The prints match what I see on my computer screen exactly, in both color and luminance. Only a small deviation of the blue due to a difference between AdobeRGB and the paper ICC profile, which I knew and compensated appropriately (though I would be happier without it, but it's not a deal breaker).

I recently ordered an acrylic print from Bumblejax. The print was so well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap that the seam wasn't even initially visable. I'd never seen such a careful and thorough job! Well done I say. Whenever we unwrapped the print and peeled off the protective film all we could say was "Wow" and sort of laugh and squeal with delight. The image looked absolutely awesome! We ordered "1/4" with metallic paper and polished edges. The print arrived with a sturdy nail and hook. The wire set up on the back of the picture was more than sturdy enough to hang the picture. I had a couple of phone calls with one of the staff at Bumblejax and thought he was great. Thanks for making us smile Bumblejax!

I can't say enough good things about Bumblejax. If there's one thing I'd improve, it's this - they know so much more than I do about printing, the options for what to make and the last little edits that can really help that I wish there was MORE they could tell me about making my work even better. There's just so much they can do that I can't even imagine before they tell me it's possible and suggest that we try it.

My 2024 solar eclipse pieces are maybe the best photos I have ever taken, and like Ansel Adams wrote the printing is at least 1/3 of what makes an image truly great. I can't do that without Bumblejax.

Bumblejax did a great job on my latest metal prints! They were crystal clear with no defects. They also were able to remove a sun spot on one of them and you'd never even know it was there. I opted for the dibond backer since I also have acrylic prints and this way the two types would look similar on the wall. I also liked with this backer the corners would be sharp and not rounded.
