Awefum customer experience

Awefum customer experience. At the begging they messed up with my order, I waited 2 weeks and the I contacted them. They updated the order with the missing info and then for 2 more weeks I was trying to understand where my order went. Apparently the courier lost it… nevertheless the status on the courier web was that they never really received my order in the first place. Got my refund after complaining they are a mess and they told me it was courier issues not theirs. Ha ha.

Very sketchy. Feeling scammed

Used a coupon code to order two dresses, one in medium and one small with the intent to return whichever one didn’t fit. When asking about the return I was told that due to used the code it was final sale.. I asked to be shown where exactly it said that it was final sale and they showed me a photo where at the veryyyyy bottom in small writing it said final sale. I feel scammed.

This company is such shit

This company is such shit. It should be called bump shit. Their material is soft but poor quality. Pilling after 2 washes. And I don’t dry my clothes in the dryer mind you! The stitching is off. The have a trash return policy on anything on sale. So glad I didn’t pay full price for these items though because holy hell they charge a lot for nothing. Their customer service is trash. Buyer beware! Oh and they don’t post bad reviews on their site. I’ve written two. Neither are up. So they also fake their five star reviews.

If I could give no stars I would

Terrible experience. Bumpsuit tried hard not to give me a refund despite all tags in tact, only tried on once and returned within the 14 day window. They said I couldn’t return due to the fact I used the promotional code (which they encourage use of) on their website! There is nothing stating that if you use this you can’t get a refund. They finally agreed to refund as a one off but then kept £30 of the total cost for shipping and taxes. It’s so disappointing to see so many negative reviews. I wish I had looked on here before ordering! Bumpsuit-you are going to lose so many potential customers because of these same complaints and it’s a real shame you treat your customers like this.

First time to order their dress, unfortunately, it wasn’t fit… wanted to send back and exchange another size but they don’t allow because it was an international order ?! LMAO To all pretty mama, please don’t waste your money here :)

Shameful company

They will not return $1000 of brand new, unworn clothes that do not fit me or are of bad quality, because I used a promotional code. There was no warning of this, no store ever does this. Absolutely abysmal, shameful company.

Sells items that are not in stock, takes 1+ months to ship

I would give zero stars if I could. After placing an order, it was not shipping…After 10 days of no updates, I reached out, turned out they didn’t have any stock. Had to wait for more than a month for
them to restock and ship my order. When it arrived - the clothes stink so badly! What chemicals are they using? Can’t be good for any pregnant women. Also, they charge for making returns - all of their practices are just awful. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t trust this company

I received my order more than a month after completing the order. During that time I had reached out to customer service with no response so I disputed the charge due to non-receipt. I finally received it and they advised me I would receive a full refund if I shipped it back and cancelled the dispute, I did so and they never refunded me for my $500+ order. I reached out multiple times and received no response, Don’t trust this company.

Sadly a bad customer service

Sadly a bad customer service. They are trying to charge me for a return of a faulty item that should covered. Very disappointing. Now I have to use a lot of my time to solve it. It shouldn’t be like that.
