Placed order in April, shipping label created but still have not received and we are now in June. Attempted to contact support, they said they would look into it and have failed to respond to my last three inquiries. Had to dispute with my credit card.
Ordered watch in Feb. not arrived by April. Shipping says held up in customs , US. Customer support totally unresponsive. Don’t purchase.
Horrible experience, watches are way more expensive then they are worth. Seller did not send the shipping fee down payment to the delivery service and I had to pay the fee again amounting to a total of over 70 dollars. Seller does not reply to business emails. If you feel compelled to support a small business this is not the one.

The charge you received was most likely an international tax and duties fee added by your country’s customs office, or in some cases a fee for previous delivery attempts. While not all carriers charge for this, we do note on our FAQ and policies page that taxes and duties are set by the receiving country and are not something we can control or collect.
We also respond to emails in a first come first serve system to keep everything orderly, and sending several messages at once may move the conversation in the queue and delay a reply.
We understand how frustrating unexpected fees can be. If you would like us to look into the order and provide any documents that may help with a claim through your postal service, we can assist with that.
Terrible experience. Terrible advertising. Terrible customer service. A complete scam. I ordered a watch for a very expensive price, expecting it to live up to my expectations for something so expensive. It came defective, with DIRT under the watch face which was not labeled in the description. I emailed them asking for a solution, as I already paid $50 shipping to get it here, and was NOT going to pay another extreme shipping rate to get it back, when the problem was on them. Their response was unsatisfactory, so I replied asking for a better solution, as to which they never responded. I tried taking it up with PayPal, and as it was after 30 days (4 days later, only due to the company not even replying to my emails) I lost the case. 250 dollars down the drain. Shop at Calypso Studios instead.

It’s important to note that we did respond to your follow-up email, addressing all your concerns, including the shipping costs and your options moving forward. After that reply, we did not hear back from you, so we were unable to proceed with a resolution.

This is a scam site on tiktok and Instagram. They sell "vintage" watches which are fake and do not work. They have a zero policy on exchanges and returns.
My kid bought what they thought was a Seiko dress watch. It turned up with a jammed crown and a watch specialist opened it and it didn't even have a working mechanism inside. This was not advertised and they would not take it back. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not trust, do not buy.

Regarding the watch you purchased, it is likely that it was one of our “Sample Watches.” The listing clearly states that these watches are not working and do not contain a watch mechanism, as they are meant to be worn for aesthetic purposes at a discounted price. This information was provided in the product description at the time of purchase.
