Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from bunches.co.nz. Received buds with very short stems. Very expensive for what they were. This is definitely a case of terrible service and misleading advertising.

When we complained they didn't apologise, but instead asked for the flowers to be left outside the next day for collection. Even if the replacement had been perfect it was no longer my birthday. To add insult to injury the replacement was essentially the same thing with more padding. Terrible service.

I live at the same address my wife, I just wanted to give here a surprise when I was at work, but came home to that. If you want to waste your money and destroy the occasion at the same time then go for it.

Only needed a sympathy card and it was delivered 1st class service

Paid extra delivery on sunday for a death anniversary, didnt deliver and fraudulently charged my card twice! When flowers were delivered they were pitiful and nothing like the photo, despite paying extra for an “extravagant bunch”. When querying this with the company, they have ignored all correspondence. Will be taking this up with my bank and relevant authorities.

I had a anniversary coming up that i was unable to be home. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from the person who took my call with oh we have a range from 40 to 175 dollars. I said 175.00, oh and we will deliver to the hotel room your wife is staying at no problem. It was our 7-7 anniversary and no flowers showed up and my wife thought i just forgot. So once i found out i sent the order receipt from my phone to her and she went into the store. She called me back and said they treated me like this was my fault and no apologies just, with no receipt i cannot issue you a refund. So if i must one star!!!!

Ordered a few times. One time wrong delivery date. It was for my mam and dads anniversary. It was special as my dad had passed and I send flowers to my mam on special dates,
This time it was my dad’s birthday. Flowers were dreadful. Not like the pic at all. Will never use them again

Make sure in future that you inform customer about their delivery in time ordered for 28thMay delivered 30thMay so sat in Royal Mail for 2 days, why couldn’t you have sent them on 28th this was very important for us as it was daughter in laws bithday and we had just lost her partner my son, money refunded but will not use again

Bunches offers nice plants at good prices The problem is that they rely on Royal Mail for delivery. The first delivery arrived upside down in its. Ox having shed the majority of its flowers. This was despite the packaging appearing to be designed to avoid this. The first time delivery of the replacement was attempted Royal Mail claimed it could not be received. This was despite the fact that they made another delivery successfully at the same time. By the time it was redelivered 48 hours had passed and the plant was in a sorry state

Flowers were ok but pretty rude to charge for a card, isn't it a standard thing to put a card with flowers, not good customer service

ordered from bunches nz, wrong colours arrived with someone's else's gate code instructions on a separate sticker label under my delivery address label. obviously no care taken to make sure orders are correct.

don't believe the reviews directly on their website, as any reviews there are subjected to their approval before posting, its no wonder they show only 5 star reviews.

I recently ordered flowers from Bunches Florist in Wellington NZ (I'm in the UK) as I wanted to support a local business to send a Wellington friend some flowers. I opted to upgrade my order which then came to approx $117NZD. The delivery was three weeks late and only arrived after my friend contacted them three times to check on why the delivery hadn't arrived. When she sent me the photo of the flowers I was so disappointed. It was the smallest bunch you could imagine They were pretty but tiny. So in short, Bunches NZ is a happy to exploit customers through exaggerating their service and products. I cannot recommend them. I would recommend avoid.
