Beautiful flowers but not what I ordered
I ordered a "sunny day" bridal bouquet - small flowers, yellow and white.
My order did arrive on time, and the flowers that were sent were beautiful and fresh but certainly not what I ordered. I followed the instructions on the website and contacted them with photos within hours of receiving the order.
Initially the lady offered to look into it for me, and I said I will have to carry these as I am leaving tomorrow for my wedding but should work out something as these are incorrect flowers. After review by the company, I was told that the stamens in my flowers were simply removed from the photo and I indeed had the same flowers I ordered - that was that. When in fact, it was if I ordered small violets and got large lilies in a bridal bouquet !!! She said that in the photos I sent she saw yellow and white flowers when they were truly green and white. The customer service rep also said these flowers were larger and had bigger buds than in the photo's on line and I should be happy. Clearly she saw that they were not the same flowers either but didn't help me with a fraction of a refund. I don't expect full repayment but if you order a $225(taxes, shipmement total) and its incorrect offer a 50% discount or something.
So I have no recourse for a bouquet of flowers that cost more than my dress and wasn't what I wanted.
Fresh, yes, on time, yes, but don't order from Bunches Direct unless you don't care what type of flower you carry on one of the most important days of your life.

Flowers for Mothers' Day
Our church group ordered three bunches (150 each) of carnations to hand out on Mothers' Day. The flowers arrive on time in two boxes. Flowers were in good condition and kept well the two days before being distributed. The only nitpick was the lack of tracking information which left us concerned about delivery until the flowers showed up.

I received a PARTIAL refund, six weeks after the non delivery of my wedding flowers and countless unreturned phone calls and emails. I expect a FULL REFUND of the money I paid for flowers I never received; I didnt receive some of the flowers, i received NONE of the flowers I paid for and that your company CONFIRMED they would supply!!!
I expect some kind of an answer from this company as to why no one will return my calls or answer my emails!!!!! And I expect my money back!!!
Bunches Direct, I will not go away, refund the remainder of my money before I am forced to take further action.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I made an order for 400 roses and 1 quantity of red rose petals for a marriage proposal. The order was made and paid for in full well in advance (1 month prior to delivery) , then confirmed by Bunches Direct. After calling them 2 days prior to the event, they never sent me a tracking number and never delivered the roses or rose petals. How can such a big order go missing?? Bunches Direct not only put unnecessary stress on me but also ruined a very special occasion. The next morning, Bunches Direct rang me to say that there was a mix up with the order and that it was going to be with the courier and would be delivered sometime on the day. NOT good enough when you took my money and confirmed the order. I'm now still waiting for a full refund. And what's worse is that they never return your phone calls! You couldn't get worse customer service if you tried.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered with this company. I placed an order with fiftyflowers.com the same time I ordered from this company! Boy was I in for a shock! When their competition shipped their flowers they were nicely packed And arrived fresh - still closed - and hydrated! Then I opened bunchesdirect.com damaged box. No joke, someone had shoved approximately 8 / 3 crosages into one little clear plastic carnation box!!!!!! And stuffed 6 crosages into a second plastic corsage box!!!! They were wilted, brown, no water pic..and Completely open!,, These were for a daddy daughter dance and I have some very unhappy parents! I have emailed the pics per the companies request and still have not heard from anyone !!!!! Nothing!!! I have no idea what I can do at this point! I've waited all day to hear back!!! I'm now trying buy some flowers and make them all new ones.... Money out of my own pocket & time I don't have! So sad for these little girls ... Just have to do somthing to make it right- I was praying this company would replace them !!! I worked for a wholesale floral distributer and I would have gotten fired if I ever sent out something so poorly packed & damaged!!!Save you time & money!!! WARNING TO ALL BRIDES-DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 6 days out from my wedding I have been told there system didn't receive my payment details and the order in now cancelled (details were sent so the stuff up was on their end). No phone call. The order was placed weeks ago. Just an email saying it was cancelled 6 days out. Now 5 days out from my wedding I have been told they 'cannot fill my order'. Worst service I have EVER received. Do not risk the stress of using bunchesdirect. It is not worth saving a few dollars and risking receiving nothing at all. I am beyond disgusted with the service! Use at your own risk.

Awful Customer Service
A whole box of hydrangeas was not delivered for my wedding. The rest of the order was acceptable in condition. I called and was told they would check into it. Two days later I was out trying to but whatever flower to supplement my bouquets. I continued to call and be on hold , disconnected, or speak to someone that said it was being investigated. My whole wedding was ruined due to their lack of customer service. Three days after my event I spoke with someone that said the investigation had not even been started! Maybe they could refund the cost of the box of hydrangeas if I didn't get them.... I am ready to cancel my credit card payment since I can not get resolution from this company! Don not use them! Their videos and informative and helpful and the flowers that were delivered looked nice and were reasonably priced BUT if you can't count on the flowers to arrive , what good is the rest?????/ Most disappointed and frustrated!

Do not try to get flowers here for any event you are planning! The customer service department at this company is terrible! I ordered 50 pink roses for my sons baby shower and only received 25. When I tried to remedy this, customer service emailed me to say I must have miscounted? They told me their roses only ship in 50,s? I know how to count and I know they did nothing to try to fix this before my event. Go somewhere else! Unless you want to be disappointed.

Great Service and Product
I ordered $220 worth of flowers for my wedding (pre-made boutonnieres and corsages). They arrived on time and looked fresh. They went well with the other flowers we arranged for our special day. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were and served as a piece of our special day. We would definitely use Bunchesdirect again based off of our experience. Money well spent.

I ordered $600+ worth of flowers for my wedding (loose flowers for DIY centerpieces, pre-made boutonnieres and a bouquet). Was happy with the price (even found a 10% off coupon), free delivery and customer service when I called to place the order. Flowers arrived on the day they were scheduled (Tues for my reception on Thurs). I was a little concerned at first because they looked a little wilted, but I followed the instructions and let them drink overnight in a cool garage, and when I was ready to arrange the centerpieces the next day they looked beautiful. The only exceptions was the white roses...most of those bunches remained a little wilted and fragile, so I had to pick through to find the best roses for the arrangements. Those were definitely the exception....my lavender roses, purple carnations, and white and green hydrangeas were beautiful, and the white roses in my boutonnieres and bouquet were much better, so not sure what happened with the white rose stems. It's now 7 days from when the flowers were delivered, and the centerpieces I saved are just starting to wilt. Overall I'm satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to do business with BunchesDirect again.

Worst company on so many levels!
This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company!! I ordered $250 dollars worth of flowers for an event almost a month prior to the event date. My delivery was set up for Friday. On Friday, when it was approaching 4pm (and their website says they only deliver until 6 pm) I called bunches direct to ask where my flowers were because I was getting worried they would not arrive. Customer service assured me they were sent out but could not track them. At 6pm, still no flowers. I called again, and someone assured me I would get them and that deliveries run late all the time and it could be up until 9pm until I got them. No flowers ever arrived on that Friday!!! I called on Saturday to report that my flowers had not arrived and I was told that my flowers were "left on my doorstep at 1pm on Friday". I was home all day!! No knock at the door and NO flowers!!! Plus, you're telling me you would have left 250 dollars worth of flowers sitting on someone's doorstep??? I called multiple times on Saturday to find answers about where my flowers are! And no one has called me back yet!! I was continually told that my messages were being sent to "senior staff" and they would "investigate"the situation. That's some top notch customer service team you have if it takes this long to contact your clients back! We will see if I even get a call back.

Great Experience, Beautiful Flowers
I ordered 8 bouquets and 10 bootineers for my wedding last month. I was nervous about ordering online, wondering what they would look like, if they would be delivered on time, etc. The online ordering was incredibly simple and user friendly. Before checking out, they have you select your date of delivery and give you a window of time. Like I said before, I was nervous they wouldn't be delivered on time, but I was happily incorrect. The flowers were delivered on the exact day I needed them (and had requested them!). They were gorgeous and smelled incredible! I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. The price was right and everything went smoothly. I would DEFINITELY recommend BunchesDirect!

Great service and flowers but expensive shipping
I ordered flowers from bunches direct and was really impressed with the price if the flowers themselves. What I didn't realize was that shipping was more than my flowers. I didn't buy a whole lot of flowers, just enough to make 4 bouquets and 10 boutonnieres. I was still impressed with the service and the flowers but it was a bit shocking when I went to order the flowers and the shipping costed more than the flowers did! I would advise people to make sure they look into the price of the shipping cost before they think that they found really cheap flowers!

Excellent Service
I bought 5 white carnation bridesmaid bouquets, 1 white carnation toss bouquet, 1 white carnation bridal bouquet, 2 white carnation corsages, and 7 white carnation boutonnieres. I received all of this in one box 2 days prior to my wedding at 12pm and when I opened the box I was thrilled. The flowers looked wonderful and there was no removing of petals needed. They were even wrapped in ribbon with white bows! Bunchesdirect included a lovely congratulations letter with three $25 gift cards to use at a later time. Needless to say, I will be utilizing them in the future and telling all of my friends to use them for their floral needs!

Great Deal for DIY projects
I bought a significant amount of flowers for my recent wedding. The flowers where in good condition despite UPS not leaving the box at my door and spending an additional day out of water. That was one of my issues is that orders ship requiring a signature and you have to make sure you are home for the shipment or pre-authorize the delivery. The stems on all the flowers I ordered were very long which allows for flexibility in whatever project you need them for. Despite some wilting flowers upon my opening I had more than enough flowers for my wedding (this is why every florist recommends ordering more than you need) and would definitely purchase from this company again.

Poor Customer Service and Product
We ordered 50 roses and 25 of them were not usable. The heads were falling off when we opened the box but the majority of them the next day after they started to open.
We purchased wrist corsages and boutonnieres which also looked sooo thirsty, like they had been made days before we tried everything to get them to come back. They ended up falling apart and by the time the photos were being taken, the roses maybe had 1 pedal left for colour.
But really it was the lack of response from customer service when we notified them of the quality issues. For an online company they should be more ontop of this. We never received any acknowledgement...I guess because we got married on a long weekend....and then when I followed up it was very RUDE, HARSH and accusing me "10 days later..."
Maybe they should start their customer service emails with "Thank you for ordering......We hope your event was a success....we are sorry to hear...."
Instead I fell off my seat and said WOW - that's rude.
I don't recommend them for this. We don't want our money back - we were simply trying to communicate our experience. Not once in our communications did we say we want a refund. We simply were telling our story looking for a little compassion.

After calling local florists and visiting other online bulk floral companies that had astronimical prices, I decided to take a chance on ordering 300 yellow roses on a budget and a tight deadline. I was worried about the flowers and if they would arrive on time. I was amazed by the service and prompt delivery of the shipment. The flowers arrived on the required day and the special instructions on the order were followed without issue. The yellow roses were absolutely beautiful and all perfect! Ordering online was super easy and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to purchase flowers in bulk.

Customer service was extremely helpful during the whole process of creating my custom order and pricing was very reasonable. Flowers arrived on time and in excellent condition. The boutonnieres and corsages were very securely and impressively packed and in perfect condition. We followed the care instructions and all the bouquets we made lasted flawlessly to the wedding and beyond. All were beautiful! The only slight disappointment was that the orange freesia didn't open and turn orange until after the wedding. But even so, it was beautiful and still worked in the arrangements.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers received from this company, as well as the way the refused to fix the situation.
Flowers were received on Thursday, with the wedding being on Saturday. Upon taking the flowers out of the box, we noticed most of the roses were wilted with brown spots. The cake topper had roses which had already turned brown as well. My MOH called Customer Service, and we were told to follow the care guide, which we already had. We knew that the water would perk them up, but that's not going to get rid of the brown spots. We sent them four different pictures that evening, and put together arrangements using what we could. Out of the 50 roses I had, we were able to use 30. I had 6 centerpieces, 3 bouquets, and 6 jars that were lining our aisle that I had planned on using the roses in. Being on a budget, as many brides likely are if they are doing their own flowers, I had counted on using every flower in the shipment. But I reasoned the company would fix it. I just wanted what I paid for.
Friday AM, my MOH begins corresponding again with Customer service. They indicate they have only received one picture, when we had sent four that showed the full bunch of roses and the overall brown tint in many of them, a close up of my cake topper that had browned roses, rot that was present in a bunch of the hydrangea, and two close ups of specific roses that should have never even made it into the shipment. It was apparent there was NO quality control in the shipment whatsoever. Fast forward to 4PM that afternoon, and Customer Service is still indicating they received only one photo, and essentially explained that they couldn't do anything for us as far as getting more flowers to us.
We wound up having to go out Saturday morning to buy more flowers. The roses we had put in the bouquets had also turned brown by that point. I will be looking into legal means of getting a refund on the product that could not be used.
