They take your money and never send the product. I ordered 20 kg Hills science diet and have not recieved the product. Countless emails and phone calls before I went to NSW Fair trading. They had no success either. How can they still be allowed to trade?
Ordered and paid. Goods were never sent. No contact from the company post order.
Buyer beware. Ordered dog worm tablets 3 weeks ago, had been charged but not dispatched. Attempted to contact them through usual channels no response. Just seen other reviews, similar issues, time to go to NSW Fair Trading. They have an ABN in NSW.
Absolutely horrific service and the worst customer service. I orders dog food on 2nd Oct, and before ordering I asked if the food is in stock. I was reassured that the items I purchased were in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours. On 9th October I sent them an email that the food has not arrived yet, and asked for a refund, as we were running out of food and needed to spend the $947.51 elsewhere. They got back to me convincing me that the food was dispatched and there was a problem with the courier company, unwilling to refund the purchase amount. As days went by, I have sent several more emails to follow up and advised that I will take this issue up with authorities, as this has never happened to me before with any of the other pet suppliers I dealt with. I only received the food today the 13th October, after 12 days. Very unwilling to support their customers and refund when they held up food items for this long. I do not recommend dealing with BundiPet as this is the second time this happened to me with them. And I now removed BundiPet from my book marks forever.
