Here's what happened:
I bought a football shirt and requested a return because of its poor quality, which was flatly refused with no proper justification.
After I contacted them by email to try to resolve the issue, they completely stopped responding. Being ignored as a customer is unacceptable and not accepting a return of an item they can resel.
This company clearly does not care about after-sales service or customer rights. Once they have your money, don’t expect any support if there’s a problem.
