Rude and arrogant customer service. Service keeps freezing. They are always in the process of upgrading servers but never finish. Service bucks. Stay away from them.

I tried Bunny Streams again over the last several days (I had the service last year but switched), purchasing a one-month subscription. After installing the service, I had a question about it and left a message on their live chat that same day. No response. I left at least two messages again on the live chat the next day and, again, no response. That resulted in an email from me later in the day asking why I wasn't getting a reply for support and asking for a refund. The latter DID result in a response from them but not one I expected; my service was cut off, without so much as a 'screw you' from them. A second email from me, within the 72-hour time limit as stipulated in their refund policy, demanding a refund, has likewise been ignored. As the saying goes, buyer beware! As far as I'm concerned, the site should be shut down for the scammers that they are.

Company a joke...EPG never works, have to constantly update... takes more than 25 minutes each time to load... and I have high speed internet. Try requesting help...HA! good luck with that,and they will take the monthly charge out of your bank way before the due date...DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SERVICE.............UPDATE.... THEY RESPONDED BACK FINALLY... THEY DID RESETS AND IS WORKING... FOR NOW. JUST WANTED TO BE FAIR.

Terrible,most channels buffer even with a stable connection.
Requested for a refund in less than 24 hours no response.

Service went down twice in my trial period.
Raised a ticket and only response was to close my ticket with no resolution

I've had this service for 8 months have no issues and teck support fixex my 1 issue and thats that. I have a months subscription no problems with payment. I'm using tivimate as well

Tried them out in Canada. Their services stopped working 5 days after paying for a month. Multiple tickets later and over 72 hours of troubleshooting, I requested a refund. They pretended to provide the refund and even sent a confirmation email, but do not be fool, they don't offer refunds. My credit card was never refunded.
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TRY OR SIGN UP!

Apparently I am a Lifeless looser and I should go to hell. That's what the online help told me! when the link they sent me didn't work.

I'm so glad I didn't give them any of my real personal information and made it all up.

Tried their service. Couldn't get it to work, even with help from their Support Dept. So I said forget it, cancel my service, and issue refund since I was within their 72 hr window for refunds. No response, no confirmation, nothing. Until they billed me next month. Per instructions on their website, if paying month to month via Paypal (I was), just cancel recurring payment via PayPal website to cancel service. Did that. So, then next month they charged my bank account directly WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Was unaware of it for several months because I thought it was my new IPTV service. Despite having proof of cancellation within first 72 hrs :and not using the service after that, I never received any refund at all. They even went so far as to ignore my response to their questions via email and closed the support ticket. Don't even really care about the money. I'm more upset at how they handled it. Buyer Beware! Switched to Typhoon Labs IPTV and I am totally happy.

I have used it several times they do have certain channels that I like watching so I subscribed for just one account for myself. You can’t modify the bouquets keeps coming up as failed to. It will not work with Surfshark VPN the number one rated VPN currently. At times you will get it to work with the VPN but for the most it keeps failing to work. I would not recommend this as your first IPTV service use it as a back up without a VPN. It’s a risk you’ll have to take.

I tried it the next morning and I was back to the 404 (not found) errors on all channels. I shut off VPN and it worked again, but when i turned VPN(ExpressVPN) back on, this time Bunny did not work. I did this on/off scenario 2 times with each time Bunny failing again but the third time when turning VPN back on, Bunny worked and all is fine... But do not contact them about this problem or like with me you will be placed on ignore!

I requested a free trial, and they sent me a Portal URL which did not work. I emailed them and they asked if I was using a VPN. I told them I was not. They did not respond. I sent them another 3 emails and they did not respond. I decided to use their Chat feature and explained again that the Portal was not working. I was getting an error message: “Your account is blocked”.
This was their response:
“You can leave it. There is nothing we can do for you. Thanks for trying us”.
I told them that I didn’t try them because I wasn’t able to connect. Told them I was looking for a service with a strong EPG. In the end I asked, “Are you not willing to help me”.
They ended the Chat at that point with no response.

I would give Zero stars if possible. They are extremely rude, don’t give updates to their constant issues of lagging and channels just not working. Look other places for better options

The trial stopped in the middle. When I contacted the chat help desk, they were extremely rude. They asked me to pay full month if I want to try. When I said it was unreasonable and this is exactly why I want to try, they told me I am a lifeless customer and they closed the chat so that I can’t save the transcript.

Tried to use their trial version but was not able to setup using their instruction. There is no phone number to call. I have contacted them via chat and support ticket. Poor response and no resolution. You would think they would be prompt in responding to a new client. Not a good start and I am considering another IPTV service provider.

This person or number of people should not be trusted. Your service will work for a few days. Then after dead in the water and you payment is gone. I am warning you stay away!!

I have been using iptv since the days of cccam lines, got a 24 hour test, would not work, filled out a support ticket, got what looks like their normal reply ( Use our help guides ) replied and asked them to check if m3u url was valid and to check it themselves. Their reply was to close the ticket. So avoid bunnystream.

terrible in live matches. Absolut headache the way you don't like to watch it!

I use IPTV for almost 3 years. I tried Bunnystream Trial and that was ok but when I subscribe for 6 months it starts to buffering and freezing especially in live matches. Uk category some channels repeating and repeating one scene again and again and another day start to repeat different scene when they reset daily! and i emailed them but they did not do anything and channels still had same issues. They are only fast responder but nothing get out of it, U can try them to see
