I had the misfortune of springing a leak on my bathroom heated towel rail over Christmas and Lee provided suitable advice to shut it off over the holiday period. He then organised for a replacement to be fitted as soon as possible in the New Year so that everything was up and working again. Helpful and professional service from a company that really cares about their customers.

In the really cold weather Lee managed to fit us in after our boiler failed. Despite the boilers age he managed to source a replacement fan and fitted it within an hour. Because of his great experience, service and interpersonal skills I would recommend him to anyone and have already done so based on previous experience.

Brilliant service from Buntingford Heating. Competitive price for installation of a new boiler. They were reliable from the start. Electrical work done two days in advance and as requested (thanks Dave). The boiler installers (thanks Matt and Louie) clearly knew their job and explained things as well as carrying out the installation and a full system flush with specialised equipment. Installation carried out without a hitch and house is now warm - and certainly better than before. All overseen by Lee (thanks) who arranged collection of old boiler, registration of new boiler and delivery of a new front cover as the one supplied had very slight damage and they wanted to ensure a 100% product. Once again, thanks. Really good service and I have no hesitation in recommending the company for anyone who needs heating installation / repairs / maintenance.

Our boiler packed up over night. Although he was busy, the team at Buntingfordheating were able to diagnose and fix the problem for us despite a very packed schedule. The remedy was not without technical issues but Lee was able to sort it all out within a short time.

quick efficient service by Lee of a new gas boiler

Had a faulty Cylinder and called Lee. He was very helpful and came out the same day. He also carried out the repair very quickly and we now have hot water.
Would highly recommend his work and services.
