Great quality for the price. Really thick and padded and the sides actually stand! Nice to find something decent for Larger dog breeds as usually an XXL will fit a Spaniel in.
Will definaly be purchasing from Bunty again when a new bed is needed

Green monarch bed
We brought the monarch bed in green for our boy, after he’d ripped his 2 previous beds from high street shops. And he loves it! It’s very comfortable but sturdy and well made too for the extra rough and ready digger dogs like mine! I particularly love the high rounded back and sides, as my dog loves to feel ‘cocooned’, for that extra feeling of security and safety. Would highly recommend! Going to be ordering another for him to have at ‘grandma’s house’.

Great company but bad courier
Needed a new dog bed urgently. Saw a suitable one from this company which had next day delivery. This was the only reason I purchased it from here. Purchased Monday so should have been here Tuesday. It wasn't. Wednesday? No. Thursday? No. Friday? No. The bed has only just arrived late Saturday. While this is down to the courier and not Bunty themselves, if they use Evri as a courier then they must expect it to happen as Evri are the worst courier ever. Would also have preferred the bed to have been in proper packaging rather than just stuffed into a delivery bag. On the plus side, the dog loves his bed. Edit* Bunty have contacted me to say the issue with the courier will be acted on, and to offer compensation for their failure. So due to their customer service alone, I have updated from a 2* review, to a 5*

Very good service. I had a problem with the courier and customer services were very helpful. I bought a replacement cover for the dog bed which I have had a few years and was very pleased to be able to replace the cover and not the complete bed. Thought it a quality product and good value.

The bed is not suitable for puppies
The bed is not suitable for puppies. My new puppy used the bed for about 2-3 hours and her claws caught on the fibres of the interior of the bed. This drew threads out of the fabric which my puppy tried to eat. This also cause a hole to form on the very thin fabric. I am deeply unsatisfied with this product, hence I have decided to return it as it is actually dangerous for puppies.

Fantastic product
Easy to use website and incredibly quick delivery. I bought the extendable lead and it’s really good - none of those horrible cords, an excellent smooth and strong ribbon type lead that doesn’t get knotted. Good length and a good grip in the handle. Very sturdy with a button to let out or stop the lead that actually works and doesn’t get stuck or break.

And thrown on doorstop with a ripped bag
Had ordered Brown Dog Bed - Small To XL Sizes - Fleece - Bunty Snooze × 1 xxl
Even though the bed is nice,
It states in description machine washable.
No zip or Velcro to take cover off
There is no way this would fit in my machine, and as I have two dirty Frenchies will need washing.
So it will end up in the bin

Have put 3 stars as bed very comfy…. But not any good for my dogs as would need washing each week!

I now know I didn’t read T&C about delivery. And my bad for not reading.
But Alexia from Bunty products told me she has a 20kg washing machine and could wash an XL bed.
Not sure where this helps me unless she does my washing for me!!
Also I didn’t take pic of damaged package as I opened it to see inside!
So even though my dogs love the bed it will probably be thrown after a month as unable to machine wash!

Changed to 1 star after ridiculous answer from company

As noted in our shipping policy orders placed after 3PM form Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
As your order was placed Sunday 10th August, in line with our shipping policy, your parcel was dispatched Monday for next working day delivery (Tuesday 12th August).
Unfortunately, the snooze style bed does not have a removeable cover and is not advertised as such. However. the entire bed is fully machine washable.
We provide full measurements for each bed size on the product page, so that customers can ensure that the most comfortable size is ordered and that this will fit in their machine drum.
If the bed is not suitable and unused, you are more than welcome to return your order for a full refund and we will be happy to assit with this.
The delivery image provided by the courier has been reviewed and we are unable see any damage to parcel as you have noted. We have reached out via email to provide further assistance and await your response.
