Not next day delivery & poor customer service
I ordered from Bunty as it stated quite clearly on their website that it was next day delivery & I needed a couple of dog beds quickly, especially for our eldest dog who fell out of bed a couple of times & was at risk of injuring herself. I placed the order at around 6.30am on a Thursday morning, believing it would arrive on Friday. By the end of Thursday it was clear the order hadn't been despatched, so I tried to phone Bunty (the line disconnected after 3 or 4 rings) then messaged them to say that if it wasn't arriving on Friday, for them to cancel the order. But this request was ignored & the order despatched late on Friday. We'd already left to be away for the week by the time the order arrived on the Saturday so I had to purchase an alternative dog bed from Pets at Home. I therefore contacted Bunty again to state that the beds would be returned unopened & that Bunty should cover the return costs. They sent a link for me to use their return service but I found I had to pay for the return.
If the website had stated that next day delivery might be despatched within 24 hours of the order, then I either wouldn't have ordered or would've contacted them first to check if the beds could've been delivered on time. As it is, I've had to pay for the return & waited over 2 weeks for the refund due to being away when the order could've been cancelled as requested.

The bed was perfect. My dog now sleeps in her own bed rather than mine and is so comfortable.

Fantastic quality product. Well made and very plush and obviously very comfortable for our two frenchies who give a paws up for their new bed! Highly recommended and at a great price too with quick delivery. What’s not to like!

I ordered 3 different beds for our dogs and didn't want to spend loads as they're destructive little *****! These beds were at a really good price and I was really pleased with the quality. I was kept informed regarding delivery, which was really quick.
Highly recommend this company for their dog beds, for the quality and the price.
