A thoroughly unpleasant experience. The most unprofessional shower of amateur, incompetent, rude and inconsiderate people I have ever come across. Ordered a pet bed in December, they sent the wrong size, should have been an XL, but they sent a Large. Sent several emails and phone calls, photographs of bed showing incorrect size. Ignored my wife's emails and then mine. Took weeks to respond. Arrogant tone, conflicting "stories". Absolute abysmal customer service and disrespect. Returned the incorrect sized bed to them. Still remains unresolved. I would seriously think very carefully about purchasing anything from this dreadful company.

Products are great quality and when one had been stolen in transit they were quick to replace.
Highly recommend.

Excellent products

The dog couches are hard wearing and even though I only buy large size beds three large dogs get in one bed together even when another one is free so obviously pretty spacious

Harness too big and the plastic opening mechanism is too stiff for my arthritic hands. Emailed 3 or 4 times to arrange a return and refund, and have had zero response. Not a happy ‘Bunty’!

Was a last minute purchase which advised delivery before Christmas and so it was. Excellent !
Was a little concerned when Evri flagged up as Courier but they pulled it off smoothly and professionally,

The harness broke the first time we used it

I I have 2 german shepherd's they love theirs, This bed I've purchased is for a Christmas present so I can't rate this as yet, but if its like my dogs one it will be great.

Knocked a star off as it took 2 weeks to be delivered.

Loved all the items purchased from Bunty
in the past.

There was an oversight on our order the bed arrived without being personalised.
However one phone call and within the hour a returns note and label was emailed to me and confirmation our order was being handled.
10.00am the next day my replacement bed was delivered complete with Baxter's name.
Yes oversights do happen but the swift and efficient way the oversight was handled shows good customer service congratulations to you and your staff.

Cosy Couch Mattress Dog Bed - Large

Don't often leave reviews but on this occasion felt it wholy necessary. Purchased on Wednesday afternoon arrived just after lunch time Thursday (next day). Superb quality dog bed and fantastic for the price. Our large GSD hasn't left it since we unpacked it!!!

The harness I ordered for my Westie arrived in record time and was exactly as described. The Black Friday discount was also very welcome.

I would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with the product and delivery but read on line their distribution company was not good to work for. Shame!

Excellent delivery and returns from Bunty and a very nice doggie padded warm jacket that keeps my dogs tummy dry and clean. It’s quite lightweight and dog is happy to wear it, doesn’t feel cumbersome and wrapped up. The jacket came too large for my dog so I returned it and Bunty immediately sent me another a size smaller which was perfect and arrived very promptly. Only thing I’d suggest, to help with sizing especially on these zipper jackets, on the size chart it would be helpful to give a width measurement with the zip unfastened and garment opened out flat. I received my refund for the first garment prompt. Very happy overall!
