This is the worst casino ever !

This is the worst casino ever !
THEY DON'T PAY OUT THE WINNINGS.
I have been waiting for 2 months now for the payout (500€, so not a lot) and all I get are some bullshit excuses .
They don't have the funds to back up the casino , but talking your money is not a problem at all.

Worst experience ever.

Been having a withdrawal request for over 15 days after 10 days they are asking for a verification i send the files they tick everything and they keep the account as not verified just so they wont give me my money stay out .

The worst casino I've played at.

The worst casino I've played at.
Rude, ignorant dullard staff members.
And they stole money off my bonus and refused to return it. Rinsed 3500 here and never got a win over $100. Total joke find a better casino 👍

Maintenance while being open......

1. Doing maintenance and upgrades when everyone is gaming..
On 3 occasions i have only been notified when ive asked for some credit afterwards.
On these occasions the games i were playing have gone cold during these times.
Other casinos I've played at at least shut their site down to do these upgrades and maintenance. I had asked on the 3 occasions what maintenance were they doing and never got an answer... For a casino i don't put their client's first and listen to what they have to say.
Which after the third time of making the same complaint they blocked my account.
I would think it would be in the best interest for both parties ie clients and casino if they shut down for maintenance as well as notifying everyone playing maintenance is going to happening.
We don't know whatever upgrades or maintenance their doing at the time isn't affecting our gameplay? How do we know your changing game code on the slots to your advantage while we're playing?

2. To speak to someone at support is quite painful. To get reply to a simple reply will take a min of 10min each time

3. After spending over $100 they still They make U feel small when asking for a no deposit bonus .
4. I also found that when a game goes cold and i go back to the main homepage i am logged out. The same happens when my phone auto connects my wifi. I have to clear my cache and re login to my account, otherwise i get an error message saying I'm logged in on another device....
5.The one star I'm giving them is for their big selection of Games, but don't let be the thing that makes you play there because their games do play different to the same games at another casino.

After being blocked,i have written numerous emails to buran with no response. If Burans management actually listened us, did their maintenance and upgrades,shutting down, and doing it properly and put their clients first they would find they would have twice as many clients ( happy clients) which means more profit.. and not greed..
I also screenshot the upgrades and maintenance while on chat with them to prove what I said
