No way to contact burdade Abo service via email! Unbelievable, in the age of technology :-)
Unfortunately, I subscribed to different magazines by Burda because I wanted to learn German. The first time I wrote in English to their email address and everything went smoothly. Now they're menacing to resort to legal challenges if I do not call them on the phone to give the number of my new credit card, even if I did expressely mention in written form not to renew my subscriptions automatically after their expiration date. Anyway, I still do not speak German. No way to contact them via email any more. They simply do not reply, even when I try to write in my poor German. I'm looking for a German Consumer Protection organization which can help me with this. It's a nightmare and it's been going on for 3 months, now. By the way, their magazines are wonderful... It's only the customer/abo service which is very poor, at least for me.
