I placed an order with BurgerBae
I want to bring to attention the unprofessional and misleading behavior of Burger Bae Pvt Ltd and their representatives, Ojasvee, Rohan, and Janvi. It has now been 23 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received the product. Despite repeated assurances and promises of shipment within 3-4 days, I have been met with excuses about “Quality Control issues” only after 15 days.
Shockingly, the exact product I ordered is still available for purchase on their website, which misleads customers. When I requested a refund, I was pressured to accept substitute products, which I never agreed to. Why should I? It's not something I ordered.
This conduct is fraudulent, deceptive, and has caused me severe mental distress. It is unacceptable for any business to treat customers this way. I demand an immediate refund and hold these individuals accountable for their part in this failure.
I urge other consumers to beware of this brand and their representatives, who have shown blatant disregard for customer rights and service obligations. They come up with no refunds are allowed for a product that they cannot fulfill, so I'm the one who is at fault here, not the brand, according to these people. I'm filing a legal action against them soon. I have been wronged and deeply hurt by this Indian Brand, and I'm not going to stay quiet.
