They provided a good installation after we selected new blinds to replace our existing ones. Unfortunately, despite us having informed them that our existing blinds were very old, they did not advise us that, for legal reasons, the new blinds would need to be fitted with much shorter cords than our pre-existing ones, making them much more difficult to operate. We were therefore unable to seek out or explore any alternative window systems which may be available, or modifications to our existing ones.
So we would advise anyone with existing blinds that were installed before 2014 (when the law was changed) to be aware that new blinds will come supplied with extremely short cords.
