I had a great experience with Burman, it was Mia that contacted me regarding a role that am now currently working in and enjoying. She was very professional in keeping me informed throughout the entire recruitment process and made sure all of my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Burman as a recruitment agency.

Alaina was honest, responsive and made the candidate experience super smooth. Her manager was also amazing given that he had some pressing personal issues going on in the back too.

I have experience of dealing with Grace, Rigers and Alex. I have to say each are very personable. Grace is particularly engaged and supportive in ensuring candidate needs are met. I have had a lot of dealings with Ellie Of late who has been exceptional in managing my contracts. Ellie has continually marketed me to other clients whilst also working to secure me extensions. It's nice to have someone to support me and look out for me both in terms of employment and ensuring I am happy.

My experience with Burman has been excellent. Jonathan, Ellie and Brad are the best. I worked with Jonathan when he was recruiting for a permanent role and the service received was outstanding from assisting with preparation, providing all necessary information to making sure the role was a fit for both parties. On the contracting side now, I've worked with Ellie and Brad, and they are just as outstanding as Jonathan. Ellie recruited for a contract role which was my first and left no question of mine unanswered, reassuring me at times and provided so much information on the process, ensuring all went smoothly. In the role, she always checks in to make sure it's going as expected or better and provides opportunities for future contracts should they be of interest to me now or later.

On the rare occasion that Ellie has taken any well deserved annual leave, Brad has stepped in to cover and the level of service does not falter.
I highly recommend Burman and more specifically Jonathan for those on the permanent side and Ellie or Brad for those looking for contract roles in IT.

I have only recently decided to start contracting and Burman was recommended to me.
